For the price this product is awesome. We got more. It’s great for family gatherings. It has three individual deep bins. I went online and bought a couple single big deep dish. It has a big water reservoir you want to use distilled water but you don’t have to fill it all the way up to the line if you feel it halfway, it usually lasts the whole day at a low warm setting because it keeps the food really hot easy to clean up easy the drain you do have to make sure for the drain plug to use the Teflon and make sure it’s snug because after time it can leak with the heating and cooling down the plug can get a little loose, but that’s expected with anything. I bought 4 of these warmers for my restaurant 2 months ago. They started great. One became defective and didn’t keep food warm so I bought another to replace. A few days later another one also became less warm. So far 2 out of 4 are defective. I have to keep a look out for the other 2 now. One by one the warmers are getting less and less warm. The warmer is used from 10:30am to 8pm. Not even 12 hours a day. And only for 5 weeks of full operations. ... show more

Great value for the price. Very easy to move and clean. It's amazingly versatile with the different pans that are included. Other size pans available that will interchange with the product. So far no complaints.

Bought this for our food trailer, works great keeps food hot and holds a decent amount of 4 different foods. It is easy to used, just plug in add water put in your pans and let it heat up. It’s easy to clean and has made us more money than it cost.

The reviews on this product seem to be a mixed bag, however I have been fortunate enough to have received a good quality unit. Have used at multiple events, sometimes the unit is on 4 days straight for 10+ hours at high temp and no issues. I fill the base of the unit with water and it heats up the pans quickly. Only issue I have is with the drain which has a poor seal and is slow. Easier to just let the unit cool and dump the water. ... show more

Seemed to be well made however the welding of the seams was bad and it leaked. I had to return it. They wouldn’t even exchange it, it had to be returned. Disappointed.
