Initially seller sent returned items - no packing, just the 4 panels dropped into a box. By the time I got them they were scratched, chipped and not usable. Complained and company replaced them with new product - which is great. High quality, well packaged so no damage. Had it not been for them trying to pull a fast one on the first delivery, I'd have given them 5 stars.

So we bought these to replace some that my mother had bought in the 1980s that actually still work but we wanted something new. The expandability feature is nice because if you have a lot to set out you've got the space and you can set specific temperatures which is amazing and they heat up really quickly and it worked well. We had a whole bunch of people over for the holidays and we're able to prepare a bunch of different dishes and set them out and this kept everything nice and hot. It all looked very fancy and the cleanup was really easy. The surfaces are very easy to clean. We've actually now used them three times and I'm still very happy with them. If they cease to work, I will update this review.

I’ve been using this for about three weeks before leaving a review. We host family dinners pretty often, and this has been surprisingly useful for keeping food warm without drying it out. I like that the sections can be arranged in different ways depending on how much food we’re serving. The temperature controls are easy to use, it heats up quickly, and cleanup has been simple so far. Definitely one of those things I didn’t realize I needed until I had it.
