I did not purchase these to install a new fence. They were purchased to be used as tomato and pepper plant stakes. Very sturdy heavy gauge metal. I will never have to buy another plant stake again!

Absolute trash product. The package was heavily deformed upon arrival, and missing the stabilizing fins that go in the earth. I was in a pickle, and needed to use them immediately to contain my chickens, as I had started construction on the new coop when I saw they were out for delivery. The stabilizing braces would have proved useless as the poles are so flimsy they won’t hold the fence (15ga 2x4 wire) up without the poles bending anyway. The stabilizing braces only would have prevented them from going as far in the earth as they were able to go. These are almost so flimsy that just holding it horizontally in the middle of the pole and moving it up and down makes it flex. The only option through Amazon is to return the items. They can’t just send the parts. Now I’ll need to got to the orange box store and get actual fence posts and return these. What a hassle.

They did what I needed them to do, they’re not very heavy, but easy to put in the ground/soil in my backyard, I got these to block off my neighbors yard/ family that took down their fence so the dogs can go back and fourth, my yard is much bigger, well I no longer have a dog and I’ve been cleaning up and decorating my backyard since I’m a grandma and want my granddaughter to be able to enjoy her pool, sandbox, slide etc, and my neighbor/uncle thinks it’s ok the just allow his dogs in my yard and poop and dig, so I put these in the ground and used a heavy duty rope instead of the wire fence, so far so good, when I’m able to get my son over he’s going to put up the fence, but right now it’s doing what I need

These aren’t the highest quality and do bend, but for what we were using them for they worked. We used them to put wires up for our blackberry bushes. We are hoping it produces a larger crop next year as a result.

I have ordered these fence posts twice, and previously bought similar posts by another brand from another store. Comparatively these have less weight to them, which makes them feel cheaper, but they suffice for what I use them for: putting chicken wire around plants so the deer won't annihilate them. The first order was as advertised. The fence posts had the anchors welded to them, and they came with zip ties and hooks. The second order was not as advertised. The anchors required bolts to fasten them to the pole. Seeing as how the anchors have to go into the ground, I'm concerned the bolts will rust over time and provide less durability than the welded anchors. In addition, this package did not come with the zip ties and hooks. The box was open at one end, so it wouldn't surprise me the items fell out during transport. Due to the second order I will have to reconsider ordering these fence posts in the future.

I bought these to use in my vegetable garden. I knew ahead of time that they were not made for animal containment or heavy duty use. When they arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how well they were made and how easy they were to install where I wanted them. I used a fence post driver and did the job by myself. I am a small person so that was pretty remarkable! They are providing good support for my blackberry vines. Great product for the price!
