This is the 7.4 cu. Ft., this is the 2nd day of operation of unit, first let me explain why I bought this refrigerator, I COULD NOT FIND A REFRIGERATOR THAT COOLED for my home, all the refrigerators are designed for residential use labeled as energy star unites, WHICH MEANS it will not cool fast and it takes a long time to cool, my main frig. is a top of the line Frigidaire, I would put one jug of hot tea in it to make ice tea, It would take two days to get back down to below 40 degrees. That is why I bought this VEVOR, it is an industrial unit, so I turned it on for first time, I could not believe my eyes, I loaded the whole unit with warm soda, tea, milk, bottled water, etc., and it took 25 minutes to get to 37 degrees, yes! I have a real refrigerator again like they made 25 years ago, All I need now is a REAL clothes washer that cleans clothes. The biggest problem I had was getting this white protective wrap off of the stainless steel, you have to find a knife that is sharp but not sharp enough to scratch the stainless so you can cut off this plastic film that goes under the seems or in-between the seems, it took me hours to remove this wrap, I did not use a razor blade because it was too sharp, I ended up using a sharp knife but you don't want to use the tip of the knife, just the sharp part in the center, just be careful, it is a very hard stainless and does not scratch easily. The noise of the unit is a little loud but it is not the annoying loud like a squeaky or high pitched sound, it would be much quieter if installed into a counter space, but I use mine like a kitchen island, nice extra work space at perfect height! The stainless is thick/it's gage, so it does not look wavy or cheap, thick enough to hold a firm straight finish. The top is huge, it is a very large work surface, all stainless, I bought a cover for mine, you can find it here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DKWKB8XQ If you want to move the shelf, I can save you allot of time, just firmly hold the clip / squeeze it / pinch it together and jerk it up quickly, once you know how to do one, it takes seconds to move the clips up or down as you want them. The top shelf installs upside down, (or as it might seem). the raised bar goes up and to the front, the top shelf is designed so you don't put food or anything next to the inside wall and stop air flow, this is so the cool air can circulate around the food, etc., the bottom storage area you can stack next to the inside wall because the cold air circulates down on top of it. ... show more

    • Shrink wrap dumb idea.

the unit itself works as should. The idea of putting shrink wrap like material in everything in this unit is the most dumb idea. Trying to get shrink wrap off under the bars that brace the plastic tubs cut my hand repeatedly trying to get it off. I would not buy product just because of that alone.
