The 4 Bike Storage Rack is a solid space saving option if you have multiple bikes and limited space like me. I have mine currently set up in a small area in my basement. It's Alloy Steel Frame provides for a sturdy and stable base that is capable of supporting a combined weight of up to 260lbs, is relatively light-weight and easy to move. It's versatility is where it shines. Its adjustable arms allows the rack to easily fit my 6 year-old & 8 year-old's 16" & 20" bikes along with my 14 year-old's 26" mountain bike. The v-shaped cushions can slide independently along the arms for the perfect alignment and provide a study hold on the bikes. The arm height can be adjusted and locked in place via the provided Knob Fasteners. The base of the Rack is extremely stable, well-balanced and does not tip under the weight of the supported bikes. However, the installation is where this fails. Some people may find it hard to follow along with the instructions. It features images and drawings of the parts that are at times too hard to make out. This could all be overcome if the labeled parts in the instuction manual matched the labels provided on the actual part themselves. For example, the Back Leg labeled "C" in the manual features a label on the actual part that simply reads "Left Rear" & "Right Rear" with no mention of the "C" label it was given in the manual. Also, it (the instructions) will tell you to use the provided screws from the included hardware but will fail to indicate to which of the (2) differing lengths it is referring. This makes what should be an easy installation a bit of a longer than necessary process. To further the matter, mine was missing one of the two Top/Bottom Connectors. At the time of this writing, I have yet to contact the manufacturer concerning the missing part but will do so shortly after. To be fair, there are also additional installation instructions provided via a link should you really stuggle figuring things out. Overall, its a recommend on my end! UPDATE: I have reached out to customer service support regarding the missing part. Their response was quick and professional. Glad to say that the issue has been resolved! Excellent customer service experience!

This is a good bike rack but the way I have it setup, it is more like a two bike rack because it is inconvenient to use the two slots that are closest to my garage wall. Unfortunately, due to the space and layout of my garage, I can't set it up to be easy access to all four slots. The sturdiness and balance is solid so using two slots on one side didn't create a tipping issue. This was easy to assemble and understand and overall, I think it is a great unit in the right place.

It's pretty solid and easy to use/install, plus relatively lightweight. You can't really store those ebikes on it unfortunately since they're a bit heavy normally, and it's weight capacity isn't high enough to sustain multiple. The bikes are easy to put on and take off as long as you have enough room.

It only took me about 25 minutes to assemble this rack. Half that time was spent just unwrapping the pieces. The pieces were wrapped quite well. I was also impressed with the quality of the powder coating. Surfaces were well covered and the color and texture (slightly rough coat, not smooth or shiny) were great. If you follow the well-written instructions, they don't tell you to put on the wall attachment clips before you connect the top piece to the rest of the frame... If you plan to screw it to your wall, you'll save some time if you remember this small omission. Otherwise the assembly instructions were straightforward. I really like the way this rack doesn't need to be mounted to the wall. It's very easy to set the height of the arms for the two bikes, put the first one on the bottom and the second on top. I had some worries about whether it would remain stable if I took the bottom bike off and left the top one, but, no issues so far. You do need to be careful to lift the bikes slightly to clear the frame hooks, but, this is pretty obvious and if you start to do it wrong, the whole rack will let you know pretty quick. Overall I'd give this a 4.75, if I could, but Amazon only allows whole stars :-) It's a good space-saver in my garage.
