The unit arrived late for me as well. It was left at garage door but without our being home to inspect to keep or reject. This, even though order indicated someone be available on delivery for signature. Item seemed to be in its original container from manufacturer. However there was also a large dent (very noticeable) on the top of the unit as well. There was also a long scratch down center of stainless steel. The other major issue is that the machine doesn’t hold temperature well at all. It reaches temp then within 5 minutes begins to drop and 5 more minutes compressor starts and runs until back to preset temp. This is with the doors closed for an extended period. Machine is quite noisy as well. I have temp set at 37. I am going to attempt to have Vevor come out and replace damaged top as well as to determine why it won’t hold temp. I’ll keep you posted. Purchased in Jan '25 to replace a failing coffee bar fridge, finally had to do the swap in Jun '25. Very well built, great wheels, perfect dimensions for average doorway width, bright interior lighting. Power cord could be 2-3x as long; I'll be hardwiring in a 25' replacement. Would be 5 stars if the stainless steel protection film wasn't such a bear to remove. It's proven so annoying, I have to deduct a star. Arrived with a ding on the side 🤷🏻♂️. ... show more

Wasn't very happy when getting ready to clean under cutting board. Pulled it out and two employees have sliced open fingers due to the sharp edge that's like a knife where the cutting board slides in. Why didn't they smooth this off.
