The media could not be loaded. My kids all play every sport that you can imagine. When it comes to baseball, it’s the most challenging to practice at home. I live in a HOA and there just isn’t room to safely hit a ball. So we are building a batting cage in the backyard that can be disassembled quickly for storage and assembled for practice. We decided to add this to our plan for the batting cage. I can say that this thing is absolutely amazing. The quality and feel are great. The padding on the bottom is excellent and functions nice to smooth out the yard while hitting balls. Definitely feels super durable, but only time will tell. I feel like this is priced maybe a little high as I would like to see it more in the double digit price range, but if you want nice stuff sometimes you have to pay for it. This will come in handy for training and it’s great for both left and right hitters. We will also use this for kickball games. It really is nice and heavy duty. ... show more

This mat is very sturdy and comes with an easy to roll up strap. While the dimensions are correct for a batters box (4'x6') it is the wrong direction. The front of the box to the back is the 4' measurement, and side to side is 6' measurement. For taller batters the 4' wide mat is too small and they will stride off of it, especially if they line up at the middle or front of the plate. We ended up just turning it sideways and using it as the batters box in the garage, so basically its just a piece of turf, the lines and plate are useless with this application.
