As stated, the greenhouse is what it is, and the zippers are fragile. Cheap, but it works. Regarding tie-downs, I used two "Retriever Spiral Dog Tie Out Stake for Hard Ground, 17 in., Up to 50 lb" from Tractor Supply. It has an O ring attached that you can slide the lower frame tube through to secure the greenhouse to the ground. Easy to install and will keep the unit in place. They are $8.00, and I used two, installing in the center on both sides. Your greenhouse won't go anywhere, I promise. My unit has been through several rain storms with lots of wind, and it's still standing! Happy New Year! ... show more

We just put it up today. Takes two people or something to stand on if your short like me. Did not use the tie downs that came with it. They are useless. To small. Used the two foot tpost inside and tied them to the frame. Add stones around the outside. Did not dury in the ground as the installation shows because I may want to move it. Easy to put together but installation should be numbered for people who have trouble figuring out the pictures. It does need to have a bar across the Back to help stabilize it more. I'm happy with it so far. Will know more about how it holds up after this years use. ... show more

This hoophouse very flimsy. The instructions are awful. I had to hire a contractor to assemble it, the wind caught it and bent a pole. The tie downs are too short to do anything. I repackaged it to send back but was told I had to pay $23 shipping. I would like my money back but am not willing to spend more to ship back. Thanks for asking for review. S ... show more

We've only had this greenhouse for about a month but so far we love it. It was easy to put together and seems sturdy enough. The ventilation is good and the plastic is tough. I would recommend getting stronger, bigger anchors though. We haven't had very strong winds yet, but I'm really hoping it will hold up well. Time will tell. ... show more

I write this review with remorse. I have had 3 of these over the last 5-6 years - the first, despite sturdy steel frame and decent tie down (not with the supplied tiny spikes, but 2" wooden stakes at every verticle with sturdy zip ties), traveled 300 ft one windy day, finally grabbed by my neighbors tree line. The second was REALLY tied down with ropes criss-crossed over the top. Heavy wind bent the pipes and had to junk that one too. #3 - the zipper front door gave up the ghost (the weak point in all 3), and so I treated my self to #4 - To my horror, the pipes are now 3/4" aluminum instead of 1" steel and the frame wobbles no matter how tight I make the nuts and bolts. AND the bolts are not phillips heads, but now clumsy allen wrenches. The tiny flimsy nut wrench provided keeps falling out my hands. Admittedly, supply chain prices are way up, and so the decision made by this company was to cheapen the construction to maintain a small price increase, creating in the end, a useless product for outdoor use - If you put it up in your living room it might survive - as long as you leave the chimney flu closed. If you ordered it and still in the box, perhaps give it to someone you don't like. Sad. ... show more

This is an amazing little tunnel for the price. I am a professional farmer and needed a small tunnel while my larger tunnels were being installed. I ordered this one on a whim and am so pleased. The instructions are not good, but anyone can figure it out. The tie downs provided are pathetic so I purchased 2 more and used them with straps over the top, and am happy to report it has survived several storms. The general construction is excellent, but the tie downs are horrible. It holds solar heat very well. I like it so much, I purchased 2 more! Do a few modifications and you can’t go wrong with this little tunnel. My neighbor ran into it with his tractor and the frame didn’t bend at all! ... show more

This was a Christmas gift for my husband, from his wish list, and now that it is spring here we decided to set it up. It was moderately easy to assemble- the only real issue is you need several people for it to go really smoothly because of the frame needing support during assembly. HOWEVER...this item comes with a big red card in the box saying not to use it in rain, wind, or snow...A GREENHOUSE GOES OUTSIDE!!!! Literally the day after we set it up there was some wind and the whole thing crumpled. We don't even live in a particularly windy part of the U.S., so lots of people are going to experience weather that is not appropriate for this item. To add insult to injury, being that we waited until early spring for set-up, the return window has passed. Anyway, don't waste your money on this flimsy thing. ... show more
