We had an issue with delivery, the box got damaged so it was sent back .. I didn't even know this until I called Amazon and they told me (it just said "my order was running late" under my recent orders). So, they ordered us another one and it came 2 days later. We slept in it the same night we got it (we probably weren't supposed it 😄). It was comfortable and not too firm, but firm enough. For the price, it's a good matress!

I like that it was easy to set up, very heavy though. The pillow top is soft and plush but it is firm down below. Expansion was good and it only took a few hrs to expand fully. We waited 48hrs before we slept in it. No noise, and was a perfect fit to our King size bed frame. Definitely, a good buy with reasonable price.

Who would have thought a mattress sent by mail would be firm and very well made. I bought for guest room and my husband wants it on our bed . Our mattress cost well over this one but this one seems nicer … Don’t Hesitate, BUY!!!

What is not to love about this mattress? The only thing that I can find wrong is how do you tuck the sheets in on a platform frame? As far as the mattress, it is by far the best mattress that I have ever slept on. The mattress is so soft and firm at the same time that it is like sleeping on a gentle cloud floating in the sky is the best way to describe it. Have a fan? It will feel like sleeping on a cloud floating in the sky with gentle breeze. Now for the bad news, you know what is really going to suck? When the mattress wears out and is impossible to find another one like it. I guess by then hopefully Amazon will sell a time machine so we can all go back and buy another one! In all seriousness, I let the mattress rest for 2 days (48 hours) then flipped it over and let it rest for 1 day (24 hours) before sleeping on it. So, if you buy this mattress you should let it rest 3 total days before sleeping on it (at least that is what I did). Psssst LET THE MATTRESS SIT 3 DAYS BEFORE SLEEPING ON IT that's the secret to let it firm up and be so soft at the same time!
