We ordered the 12x24 teardrop window and the trim piece was a bit too shallow for our project. I reached out to Customer Service and they helped solve our problem ASAP. They actually customized a thicker trim ring that helped to close the gap for our thicker than normal walls in our cargo trailer. Who does that these days? Outprize did!! They saved the day for us. We immediately ordered our second window and are so relieved to be able to fit the window in properly with these new trim rings. Oh and the windows are great quality.

On the top page it says 1 1/4 to 1 4/5 wall thickness which I thought would fit since my wall is 1 3/4 when received it was just 1 1/2 so I went back and looked at product description and said thickness 1 1/2 so 2 different specs

This is perfect for a thin wall DIY camper project. The window slides smoothly in the aluminum frame and is made just like the ones you would see in a manufactured camper. I wanted to use the window in a horizontal placement and the company bent over backwards finding the answer I needed to do so. FYI, the only difference is that it doesn’t have drain slots at the bottom in a horizontal position so I’m milling them in myself. The shipping packaging was more than ample to keep it protected until it arrived. I am very happy with the Outprize window.

This is just what I needed. I have a 1970 camper van that need a window added to the bathroom for fresh air and a way to help with shower steam. Instead of going with a large extractor fan I went with a small one and this window. Fit was perfect and the window is of great quality, it was as simple as outlined the rough in cutting, installing and sealing. Not a bad addition for this low price.
