If you have a Sawgrass, you probably experienced the recent firmware update. It holds your printer captive until you install it. After the install, generic ink cartridges are not recognized. So, when I saw these on Amazon, I was skeptical, fearing it would have the same issue with the chip being outdated. I receive these yesterday and they work just fine. The printer recognized them right off and they do not cause a watermark on the print job, as was an issue a few firmware updates ago. For the price they are a bargain.

Bought this for a project for this weekend, went to clean my heads,mind you did not even attempt a project, and literally caused an error in the cleaning process and all the ink was empty. Completely dissappointed and unable to use the product at all! Edit: contacted their customer service and they sent out another set of cartridges for free. They worked excellently. I would definitely recommend them!

I have bought this ink before and even recommend it on my TT and Fb group pages with the link and all. Never had an issue prior to this time. 2 issues 1. The last time I bought this ink was back in June 8th, 2023 and then a week ago the yellow cartridge is very low on ink! I was like no way, it has not even been a month! So for whatever reason the yellow ink ran out so quickly and I didnt make a ton of items within that month. My sales have been low and has been giving me time to do other things. 2. It never arrived, I ordered on July 21,2023 and i contacted Amazon it states they were in charge of the delivery. No updates or anything. I don't know who else to contact and I am very disappointed I never got my ink and the ink runs out very quickly. The other catridges are still going strong. i usually buy the double pack but due to the sawgrass updates, I wanted to take it slow. lol. I need the ink and Im about to launch some new items and will need to buy another brand and recommend the other brand. Sawgrass usually takes 2-3 weeks to deliver and this ink usually gets to my house in less than a week. I need it asap.

These worked perfectly in my sawgrass 1000 printer. I have ordered multiple times. I did receive one that wouldn't read, but they replaced it. Colors were amazing. I would purchase again.

I have to say that I feel extremely betrayed by Sawgrass. I saw some raving reviews and decided to buy a Sawgrass SG500. I had been using Hiipoo ink cartridges because they are way cheaper than the ridiculous Sawgrass cartridges. Sawgrass now prompted me to update my firmware, which I did happily to keep my printer up to date and I hoped maybe it would fix a print quality issue I've been seeing. But to my surprise, the firmware update makes it check for non-Sawgrass cartridges and disables your printer! It ays you are using non-sawgrass inks and your warranty is void. Then it prints a diagonal grid across your images, so you can't even use them! Thankfully, these Xcinkjet have an updated chip so the printer works as it should again. For the $300 price tag on Sawgrass cartridges (which are the same size), I would have thrown the printer right in the trash. These cartridges saved me and will let me get some more use out of this printer for a while longer.

*Update* After my initial review the company reached out to me to see what they could do to help. I really appreciate the communication and the fact that, despite the ink not working for me, they still wanted to make me, their customer, happy. I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4 because of their fantastic customer service. Minus 1 star because even though the customer service is great, the ink still does not work with my Sawgrass printer. I bought this ink instead of Sawgrass ink because, well, it's cheaper. It worked wonderfully for 1 month. Everything was going fine until today. My Sawgrass detected that I wasn't using their ink and put a stop to all printing! It just kept printing out blank page after blank page. I worked on it for at least 2 hours trying to make it go before I gave up and ordered Sawgrass SubliJet ink. Now I'm out the money on this ink, and had to purchase the expensive ink anyway. Save yourself some money and a headache and just purchase Sawgrass Ink!

The media could not be loaded. I have two Sawgrass SG-500 and one of them is out of the guaranty. Original ink cost about $300, so I decided give a chance to this brand after a little research. And I did a test with the original and this one to really see the differences. I’m very pleased with the results. The colors and quality are the same. After printed, you can’t say which one is the original ink on the paper. I noted an almost imperceptible clear color with this brand after sublimate the mug, but I’m a perfectionist and I know that every ink interacts different with sublimation papers and temperatures can vary and influence also. But, like I said, it’s imperceptible. I didn’t have any problem to install the cartridges. It was just place and print. I liked because it’s not this kind of series A and B cartridges. For sure, I will be buying more.
