My wife was getting new glasses last year and she came across these at Len Crafters. They were about $300 in the store so we did not buy them. Her birthday was last week so I thought I would surprise her. I was lucky to find them on Amazon for almost half the price!! It is a great deal and they come in the official Versace box and a nice Versace case. The 53MM are perfect for her face. When buying glasses it is always important to see the MM as some are too big. Since she already tried them on in the store, I knew they would fit. Also, I love that Amazon has the try them for 7 days offer, which is a nice way to market the product and test it out before officially buying them! When I first opened the package, I was excited about the unique design, but that excitement quickly faded once I put them on. First and foremost, the fit is absolutely terrible. They sat crookedly on my face, making it impossible to wear them comfortably for more than a minute. To top it all off, the customer service experience was abysmal. I reached out customer service to express my concerns and I was offered a refund, which was never processed, I contacted customer service for a second time and a refund was offered again, but still didn't receive it. ... show more

They are authentic. Came with case and paperwork along with a versace lens cloth to clean them. I assume they are either used or just did not make the product line due to minor defects. But they are authentic and very nice.
