The stand is high quality, but the hardware supplied for the base is a joke. I would suggest a bolt that matches the size of the hose, not some M6 bolts that barely reach. Other than that its a very nice stand. Can't wait to use it.

    • Why did I wait so long?
This is robust. I had my shop vice mounted on my regular bench for years. It was always in the way, unless I needed it. And then when I used it I usually ended up making a mess all over my bench or knocking stuff all over if I was using the vice to bend something. The versa mount fixes all this and you can easily move it to any part of your shop/garage or even outside. It's very sturdy and doesn't move around when you're smashing something in your vice. The stand itself is great and appears well made. However the supplied bolts are too small: 1/4” bolts supplied to fit 1/2” holes. After spending $450 having to go buy the correct 1/2” hardware is unacceptable. I contacted the seller and was told they send the same size bolts with multiple items and that “it works”. That’s not an acceptable answer. Why drill 1/2” mounting holes if you only need a tiny 1/4 bolt??? Common sense and simple math indicates that a 1/2” bolt is better suited to “heavy duty” application like mounting a 6” vise. ... show more

This thing is heavy duty and works great. It arrived with a busted wheel and they replied immediately and sent a new wheel. I mounted a larger vise in it, alright no hardware is included for mounting. Just get done stainless bolts. I could only get 3 of the four corners bolted, so I just drilled a hole for the 4th.although 3 bolts were likely enough. ... show more
