This item was purchased to be used in a small chapel area for students to hear our puppets at our mother's day out program. It has been an excellent tool. I gave it a 4 stars because it took us forever to figure out that the reason the sound sounded so weird was because it automatically goes to echo mode when turned on. We had to play with it for a while to determine that was the issue. Otherwise once we figured that out it has been a game changer. The sound is excellent and the quality is top notch. It is a small machine and has many features. It is fun to play with the different sound settings, however they are really not practical for what we needed it for. It comes with 2 microphones which was the amount we needed. If you are looking for a compact microphone system this works well and has held up with younger children mainly using it. We have only had to charge it twice since purchasing it. We do not use it all the time so I cannot say how often it would need to be charged if we did. The charger is a standard charger port that we have many of around the house so that was incredibly handy. ... show more

IT BREAKS AFTER A MONTH OF BARELY USING IT I AM A BROKE COLLEGE STUDENT AND I SPENT 50 DOLLARS TO HAVE WEEKLY KARAOKE NIGHTS WITH MY ROOMMATES FOR IT JUST TO BREAK SO NOW I AM SAD AND BROKE.

This thing can get LOUD. AUX from cd or mp3 player works well, but bluetooth gives some noticeable quality loss. The voices are fun, but I wish there was an easy way to switch quickly back to normal without having to cycle through. Ditto the echo. All in all, it's kinda fun, but the hoops you need to jump through to make it work well are almost too much to enjoy it. ... show more
