The phone itself was perfect and exactly what I expected. The only issue I had was trying to get my number switched over to it. Normally I go to the store and buy a phone just for that reason. The description said it was easy to set up and use right away. I think if you were a new Verizon customer and wanted a new number that might be the case. It wouldn't allow me to transfer my current number to it so I called Verizon. They even had a hard time switching it over because it was locked or something to that affect. They wound up having me set it up as a new line under my account and then they were able to transfer my number and cancel the new one. It's all fine now but it took over an hour for them to get it straightened out. Next time I will just go to the store. ... show more

Beware. Phone arrived and could not be activated. Spent hours on tech call with Verizon, the SIM card could not be connected. They acknowledged this was a common issue. Finally, however, after speaking with four reps and trying our own SIM card, it was determined that the phone was unusable. if your coming from a flagship phone, there will be a few features you may miss. personalized ringtones, notification led. other than that, fir the price it's an excellent hold me over till the s22 come down a little more in price, or amazon itself offer the monthly payments.

For an actual prepaid Version phone this lags incredibly slow. The quality isn't worth buying brand new. If you need something to hold you through then this is all it's good for. The compatibility to other Samsung's I wouldn't waste my time. I do not recommend!
