I ordered this ointment to help with an ear piercing that was starting to become infected. I only had to use it for 2 days before starting to notice a difference in how it looked and felt. The pain decreased to almost 0 in that amount of time. The only negative I have about this is the smell. It says it has essential oils. I don't know what essential oils is in this, but it smells really odd. I don't love it.

Although I feel relief when using this product, the smell is terrible, it smells very strong like, wet clay/ hot plastic. The texture feels nice, and it relieves the pain of my raw skin from scratching my mosquito bites, but I cant get over the smell.... but will use it tho, feels better than Neosporin
