Features 5
- Purpose: Used for teaching demonstration of heat engine part of physics class in middle school.
- Features:It can clearly explain the basic working principle of four-stroke single-cylinder gasoline engine and the main structure of common single-cylinder gasoline engine.
- The left side of the instrument is the flywheel, the right side is the crank timing gear, and the camshaft timing gear.
- The compression ratio of a gasoline engine is generally 5-8, so when the piston rises to the top dead center, a certain gap is left proportional to the top of the cylinder.
- This instrument is equipped with a light display device, and the power supply voltage is 1.5 volts. When the receiver is running, the lights will flash in sequence, which can more intuitively explain the actions of intake, exhaust, and ignition.
Description
Item discription: Color: as the picture Feature:Physical Teaching equipment Package inlcuded: one set Product size: 301711cm Product weight: 900g Usage: 1. Connect the two terminal posts with a 1.5-2 volt power supply, or install a No. 5 dry battery into the battery clamp on the bottom plate, close the power button, adjust the piston to the top dead center, and then turn slowly in the direction of the arrow shown on the flywheel The flywheel separately explains the actions of the piston, intake valve, exhaust valve, ignition, etc. in the four strokes, and clarifies the basic working principle of the gasoline engine. The flashing of the ball on the top of the cylinder indicates ignition. The ignition of this instrument has an advance angle, and it is ignited when the compression stroke is not completely finished (the ball is flashing). 2. Observing the connection of the piston, connecting rod, crankshaft and flywheel can vividly illustrate how the linear reciprocating motion of the piston is transformed into the rotational motion of the flywheel. 3. The gear ratio of the two timing gears meshing with each other on the right side of the instrument is 1:2. Due to the rotation of the crankshaft, the gear drives the camshaft to move. Observe how to control the push rod, rocker arm, and valve to move up and down when the camshaft rotates, and explain the gas valve mechanism of the gasoline engine.
