I purchased this on Nov 24 and I am just now trying to get it hooked up. It will not let me hook it up, I have bought 1 or 2 more before this one and never had a problem. each time I try it I get "connection error" I even troubleshooted it on the same cords that I already have a working Machine on it and I still am getting connection error. We switched to a company that wanted to charge $299 for this exact machine. So glad we found this one instead. Arrived in excellent condition, unlocked. It required an update before we could program it but it now works flawlessly.

Says works with Worldpay/Vantiv but is does not. Will not program to use with anything but the initial credit card company. Unable to return for refund, customer service horrible. No answer, no return phone calls.

The device I received was not new. Maybe refurbished and is visibly dirty. Its also needed an update and come with no owners manual. Thankfully there's YouTube!!!
