Description

Klowra is a collective of engineers, independent musicians, and tone obsessives driven by one idea: sound should feel alive. We don’t build pedals to recreate the past. We build tools for musicians chasing sounds that don’t fully exist yet, the textures, movement, and emotion that live somewhere between instinct and imagination. Klowra exists at the intersection of engineering discipline and creative obsession, that's Where the Tone Blooms. A coding bug once exploded into harsh digital noise. Instead of failure, we heard the ocean. That accident became the Tide Mode inside the Limbo Reverb. Klowra draws inspiration from everywhere: underground culture, experimental art, studio culture, and the musicians. We care about creating instruments that inspire forward motion. Klowra pedals combine world-class manufacturing with road-ready reliability for touring and studio professionals. Our goal is simple: uncompromising sound and durability. Visit the Store The world is split in two; neutrality no longer holds. Only sound remains as the sole arbiter between dualities. Above, the dome resounds with revelation; below, the abyss whispers. One must rise as a god, or fall as a demon. Verdict is a polyphonic octave pedal that blends your original guitar signal with multiple generated octaves, delivering rich harmonic layers and versatile instrument-style tones from violin and bass to organ and synthesizer. Swell and synth-like Filter shape attack and texture, while Detune and Low Cut add depth and tightness. Freeze sustains notes or chords, Ramp morphs between tones, and Analog Dry-Through with selectable bypass ensures clarity and stability in any stage or studio setup. Independently control the levels of +1 OCT, +2 OCT, -1 OCT, and -2 OCT to build rich octave layers with stable polyphonic tracking and precise phase alignment. Paired with multi-phase Detune and an accurate Low-Cut, it effortlessly covers everything from soaring lead lines and solid bass foundations to multi-string ensembles, double-bass textures, and organ-like tones—opening up a whole new world of sound. Swell allows precise shaping of note attacks, while the synth-inspired filter lets you glide seamlessly between bow-like gradual swells and thick, rich synthesized tones. When switched to Envelope Filter mode, the filter responds in real time to your playing dynamics, making the sound exactly as you perform it. From ambient pads to funky bass lines and synth leads, you can effortlessly achieve a wide range of synthesizer tones. Selectable Analog Dry-Through keeps your dry guitar signal fully analog, never passing through A/D conversion, preserving the pure, original tone. You can mix it with wet effects or process it independently to create layered, hybrid soundscapes. Perfect for ambient guitar textures, experimental effects, and rich multi-layered tones, this feature ensures every note remains clear, detailed, and musical. The Klowra Verdict Polyphonic Octave Pedal features a Freeze function that instantly locks notes or chords in place when you hold the footswitch. Use it to create warm, full-bodied ambient pads, sculpt evolving envelopes, or extend fleeting musical ideas into sustained, layered textures. Perfect for polyphonic guitar effects, cinematic soundscapes, and expressive performance, this feature brings infinite sustain and deep harmonic exploration to your playing. The Klowra Verdict Polyphonic Octave Pedal features a Ramp function that provides smooth, linear parameter variation, allowing settings to fade back and forth for evolving, dynamic effects. Combined with external control via TS/TRS footswitch or expression pedal, you can manipulate multiple parameters in real time, creating expressive, polyphonic textures and continuously changing tones. Perfect for ambient layers, modulation sweeps, and experimental guitar effects. Premium aluminum alloy chassis, sturdy and reliable, designed for heavy-duty use and life on the road. Switchable True Bypass (trail off) and Buffered Bypass (trail on), with Analog Dry Through. LED Button unlocks hidden parameters for real-time control of modulation, effect depth, and routing, with LED feedback for dynamic sound shaping. Keeps the dry signal fully analog, blending with wet effects. Supports Dry/Wet Separation outputs for versatile stage and studio setups.

  • Incredible value and sound
Color: Verdict Orange
I just got this pedal a few days ago, and so far I think it’s great. Packed full of options/features. There are many great sounds in this pedal, and I know I’ve barely scratched the surface of what it’s capable of doing. I hear a little whine without the use of a noise suppressor, but I find that to be normal. I’ve heard some minor complaints about the way you access half of the settings on this pedal line. You should watch some demos to understand how that works before you buy it. But, if that is how they were able to sell me this pedal for such a good price, so be it. I don’t want to spend twice as much. It feels sturdy as far as I can tell, but I can’t speak to how long it will last yet. If it had cost more, it may be 4 stars, but, at this price, I have no complaints, just observations. This pedal has made me very interested to see what Klowra will make moving forward. ... show more

  • Klowra Verdict: decent priced effect pedals w a surprising build quality
Color: Verdict Orange
The options on this pedal extend it's musical use beyond a usual octave pedal. Tracking is good as it gets. If you get the blend right you can add some extended thickness and timber easy to get weird things but one has to work at it to get something really useful. For the price it is a very good clean octave pedal that is polyphonic, no apparent overt glitching burble so it does a good job. Don't expect a super sounding 12string or great tone bass just enhancement to your tone and some cool attack delay string pad and freeze function is nice. You have to play around w it to get something different. ... show more

  • A Great Blind Buy.
Color: Verdict Orange
Great octave and pitch shifter pedal. I really enjoy making my Telecaster sound like a church organ. Pairs nicely with reverb pedals such as the Walrus Ambient Reverb. Stack with a tape delay and really have some fun.

  • Do your research first.
Color: Verdict Orange
I'm absolutely loving this pedal, I wish I could get more of the Klowra plastic cards though, those are pretty cool too. I did my research on this pedal so I have it set to how I want to use it. I tried a cheaper expression pedal with this and it just isn't the same, I would like to have the klowra expression pedal but can't afford it. I definitely say this was well invested for me. ... show more

  • Does Not Drop Tune! Unable to install 9V battery. Screws in too tight!
Color: Vein Red
This DOES NOT DROP TUNE! It only shifts pitch UP. Also, it does not come with a power supply and I could not remove the screws on the bottom plate to install a 9V battery (If it even takes one). The screws were in so tight, they stripped out trying to remove them. Also, they glued on the rubber gripper pads over the screw holes. ... show more

  • Good Pedal, Weird Company
Color: Vein Red
For the price, it's a nice cheap pedal that sounds great. The glide/ramp effect sounds cool, but most people will probably find it to be a kind of limited gimmick. I mainly use it as a pitch-shifted signal splitter, and it does that job well. That said, they did something really weird with the manual. When you open it, it contains this quote: "'My soul travels through countless dimensions, finding its place in the infinite vastness.' - Walt Whitman". This line of Whitman-esque poetry is completely fake. It sounds like him, but if you type it into Google the results all point back to this pedal. It's a completely fabricated attribution. I think Klowra just asked a LLM to generate some kind of Whitman-sounding sentence and then attribute it as if it was something he actually wrote, which is...weird, right? Why would you do that? I subtracted a star because that's an incredibly dumb and weird thing to do. Stop it, Klowra. ... show more

  • Octave things it does
Color: Verdict Orange
Read the directions, watch some vids, and noodle until you get it , then you’re gonna really like this pedal… now it would’ve been 5/5 but … the pedal as a whole is a lil more complicated than needing to be at its price point you could get the EH POG or Digi Drop and do almost the same stuff, if not have more flexibility. That being said , still a very nice lil pedal with some cool graphics and neat sounds on tap! ... show more
