I like this backpack for an everyday purse. It's small which is exactly what I wanted and has adjustable straps so it can sit where I need it to on my back. The only problem is that the fabric coating on the string has torn off on one side and it will now have to be cut off. There is still there plain white string that is perfectly usable but it just changes the look a little.

My wife has become a major Vera Bradley fan and has many of her bags and purses. This latest entry is another in a line of great bags for women and girls, with a great look and usefulness. This Vera Bradley womens Cotton Mini Backpack Purse Bookbag offers a nice, versatile purse-bag that lets you carry a few extras items, or take it as a purse. Use it on a day out, or for whatever purse needs you might have. Like the other bags she has, this Vera Bradley womens Cotton Mini Backpack Purse Bookbag can collect and attract lint - my wife insists I mention this - but that it is equally easy to clean up. The colors are fun, but as she says, fun and young. She can younger women and girls enjoying these colors a little more than older women. It is very playful and light - a summer or spring bag. She does question the idea of a backpack - at least in the traditional sense. Yes, you can wear it as a backpack, but don’t mistake it for carrying things to class, like books. it’s that youthful kind that you toss in stuff and carry it on your bag rather than over the shoulder. So make sure you pay attention to that. As with all Vera Wang, my wife loves the quality of the materials and construction and how many ways and days she uses them - all. This Vera Bradley womens Cotton Mini Backpack Purse Bookbag is the latest in a long list of beloved bags... and yes, she’d welcome more! That is the level of quality in Vera Bradley bags.

I adore Vera Bradley’s products for the most part. Very, very few have not excited me. This one does 👍. A mini backpack like this, was too, too cute to let slip away, so I ordered it! Be forewarned though, unless you are a squirrel headed to class, this is NOT a book bag, lol. Nooo clue why the listing would be labeled that way, but if you are in the market for a mini backpack… this is IT!!! I absolutely adore this particular print. It’s so me! It’s so summer! The material is very soft, and it’s exactly what I like for on-the-go trips where I don’t want to carry much with me, and wish to feee up my hands. This backpack is very light-weight, and it holds my cellphone, makeup, keys and cash. That’s all I really need, but book bag? Ummm.. no! Stylish, and impressive in quality? Absolutely! I’m very happy with Vera Bradley’s mini backpack. It’s going to get a lot of use this summer! Oh, and the $36 price tag, at the time of my review, is a terrific deal for a Vera product, such as this.
