Very spacious with a lot of pockets both inside and out. I has the feature that will allow you to slip the bag over the handle of a suitcase on wheels. I can store a lumbar pillow, a 50x80 folded blanket, my iPad case, (which is thick to begin with)and other assorted things in it when I go to dialysis 3x a week.
