This bag has a lot of compartments and will keep you well organized. The bag has a back trolley slip. If you zip the back trolly slip bottom, it turns into an extra storage sleeve space. Beautiful but a little heavy.

First let me say that when I ordered this it was because I love the organizational features of this bag: a space for my computer, zip pockets inside and out, slip pockets, a special phone pocket, and a trolley sleeve. However, the overall construction makes it extremely inconvenient and difficult to use. There is so much material inside that reaching for anything means pushing material out of the way, and it often takes both hands to navigate the pockets. Additionally, the design of the top zipper is poorly thought out. It hangs over the back zip pocket, so accessing that means intentionally lifting the zipper out of the way - and I don't know why they wouldn't have just designed a full top zip to protect everything. I've travelled with this bag for work this week and will likely not use it again. The hassle and frustration are not worth what I paid.

I am a dork and have a bunch of Vera Bradley totes. Maybe four or five. I got this one because the regular totes aren't designed specifically for a laptop, and have just a big open area in the middle. Great for general schlepping around things, but not right for a laptop and papers. Because of Covid, I've been working at home, but now have to take a work trip. My older work bag was already getting old, so I need a new one for this trip. Because I love Vera, I was sure I'd love this, too. Nope. Issues: 1. I have a 15" MacBook Pro. It fits in the center pocket lengthwise (long dimension of bag, long dimension of laptop), but up and down... it fits in the pocket, though it's a little bit high. But then there's a strap with velcro that's meant to go over the top of the laptop and I can close that only with determination. It barely fits. 2. The top zipper doesn't reach end to end. It stops a couple of inches short on both ends. This is somewhat similar in construction to my other Vera Bradley totes (including my Performance Twill Tote that's not a "work tote"), but it's maybe twice the gap in length and considerably more in area. Doesn't bother me on the totes, but the size of the gap really bothers me on this bag. It's really quite strange to me given the similarity to the other (non-work) totes. 3. It's also entirely unexpected that this is a couple of inches shorter than my very similar Performance Twill Tote. I expected it to have the same capacity, but with the extra features of the "work tote".) Things I like: 1. The laptop sleeve, even though it should be a bit taller 2. The outside pockets 3. That one of the outside pockets has a zipper bottom and can be converted into a pass-through for luggage. I am going to reconsider maybe sending this back and using one of the totes I already have. Quite disappointed.

I bought this as a bag to carry everything from bills to a 12” IPad Pro. The soft, yet durable feel of this bag make it easy to carry and flexible enough to be comfortable. There are multiple, functional pockets and a closable center pocket. My only negative is the zipper doesn’t close all the way across the top of the bags there are gaps on the top at the ends. This will allow things to fall into the bag. Overall, I would buy it again and am enjoying using it daily.

This a quality bag with great material & lots of space. I wanted to love this bag for work but it couldn’t handle the reasonable weight of my laptop & other work gear without digging into my shoulder because of the narrow straps. I took it on two flights will not use it again. For this price point it is disappointing.
