Old School Quality is Missing

I love the print, but the quality of the old school Veras is not there. I returned the first one because the inside at the bottom was frayed due to sloppy craftsmanship. I did reorder, and this one seems OK. I'm just glad I didn't pay $100, as I got them on sale. The fabric feels different to me as well. It's not as thick or durable feeling. I'm keeping it because I need a bag this size to schlep all my crap around in, and I'm too lazy to keep shopping and comparing. Would I buy it again? No. I know there are alternatives available for much less.
