Whenever I order a Vera Bradley item, I already know that I am going to be happy with what I get. This particular bag surprised me that it is sold at this point, after Christmas, as it definitely is created with Christmas colors. But you know what? I love it anyway because it's a very good way to carry things that otherwise would be awkward to tote around. For example: I use it to carry groceries in place of those horrible plastic bags that cut your fingers when filled with something heavy. Since it's washable, even if something spills in it, I am covered and will end up with a clean, nice product just like it arrived. Also, with the Vera Bradley quality, I know I don't have to worry about the handles giving out or the bag ripping. And finally, since so many grocery stores are getting rid of plastic bags, this comes in handy so I don't have to buy store-brand bags that are cheap quality and often ugly. If someone wants to think my red and green bag is "out of season," that's okay with me too. As far as I am concerned, nice bags like this one are NEVER out of season. The MSRP for this bag is $70, according to the tag. I can't tell you what the price is on Amazon, as it is currently not available in this color, but the other two bags, one in green and one in blue, are both priced at $35, which to me is nothing short of a miracle price. I love this bag!

My better half never leaves the house without her tote bag. Inside she’ll have her tablet, phone, a snack or two, something to drink and who knows what else. Why she has a purse or what is in it is beyond me. When it comes to totes, though, she is demanding. She finds vinyl to be too weak for prolonged use and other unnatural fibers don’t fit her style. Cotton and nothing else. So when she saw this Vera Bradley bag for $35, she jumped at the chance (I got it as a promotional item - little does she know). This is a well made, nicely designed tote that has an internal, zippered, pocket and a ring to hold keys. In my case, I requested the bows design but got the red and black flowers instead. No problem, I think it’s nicer. Machine wash and line dry for easy care, just make sure you use cold water (it’s cotton, so it will shrink). Normally these go for $70 on the company’s website, but there they are just $35. Best of all, if you decide to gift this, it comes with a hang tag showing you ponied up $70.

This cotton grand tote offers ample space with a large main compartment and a small zippered pocket on the side. Perfect for carrying food or kids’ essentials for picnics, it also works well as a shopping bag. The red base with a ribbon pattern makes it ideal for Christmas or winter season use. The roomy size is its standout feature, though an additional zipper closure for the main opening would enhance its functionality. It is a thinner bag than another quilted bag I have but it makes it lightweight and easy to carry. The design is cute although I’ll be saving it to use only at Christmas. It is adorable and big enough for my iPad and crochet project. Highly recommend.

This is adorable!!!!!!! I use it for me as an adult lol because it's just so cute, to carry stuff back and forth to work. It would be perfect for anyone having a baby, boy or girl, as a cute extra bag. It's really roomy. I fit a lot in it!!!!

What a gorgeous tote! Can't go wrong with Vera Bradley for style and quality. This is roomy enough to work as an weekender bag. Or, it could stylishly keep your craft or knitting essentials in one place. Highly recommend!

This bag is so cute, I love the design and have used it for my son’s diapers bag. The bag is roomy, and has zipper inside and amazing quality. It’s easy to wash and after the wash, it looks brand new. I’ve gotten compliments when I go out carrying it and it’s easy to put things in and take out.
