For the most part, it was easy to assemble and holds everything that we need it to hold. the only thing I would change on it is for the handle to be a little more sturdy. I'm sure I can change to out with a better one but for now, it stays. In the pics, you'll see that I have placed some adhesive shelf liner to protect it from any water damage. Are you looking at this thinking oh what a great concept! What a way to utilize waisted space. Well then keep on shopping other brands or designs because this is junk. It’s paper thin and chips in pieces when I just took the parts out to put it together. The nicest part of it is the plastic bag the screws come in. Yes I too read the bad reviews and thought oh it’s probably on the same level as a Walmart bathroom shelf or shoe shelf you buy in the box and put together. Wrong! This is ten times worse. OK, I just got this today. Fed-Ex was a bit slow, it was supposed to be delivered on Sat but didn't get it till Monday. Anyway, I read the reviews after I purchased it and it was already shipped. So of course I expected the worse. But, happily I was completely surprised at how nice it is. I am a 62 yr old lady with limited mobility and was still able to put this together within 30 to 45 minutes by myself. Don't be afraid of the reviews like I was. This cadddy is ridiculously complicated, unstable, item to assemble properly. The instructions claim to only need a screw driver and hammer, however, even an electric drill with phillips head had difficulty driving all the screws. The handles do not attach properly the wheels are wobbly. When i asked seller for a refund they asked me to send it back, there is no way to do that with it being as fully assembled as possible, hence, i have been ignored by the seller. ... show more

It's ok and serves it purpose. We've only had it a few weeks. The casters swivel. Nice if the card rolls around. It is thin to fit between the washer and dryer. It's hard to move back in place because of the swivel casters. I'm looking for rigid or non-swivel casters. This should help a lot. Again, this is serving its purpose. ... show more

Pretty cheesy-looking and made for the price. I would have returned it had I looked it over before my handyman had it assembled. (And instructions weren’t accurate.) Wish I would have gone the plastic route for a selection.

GreAt for needing a place to put laundry products when you’re short or can’t reach high. Quality isn’t the best. Holes didn’t all line up when assembling, so some boards don’t line up and lay flush with one another. That being said, we placed felt along the side edges that would touch or rub the washer and dryer when we use it and it does what it was designed for. Would be better if drawers slid out instead of rolling entire shelves out when needing an item. ... show more

This product is great for storage, it easily tucks away. It is made from a pressed board that is not sturdy, I had to disassemble because put some pieces in the wrong order, when I reassembled the pieces the board of the base split and almost rendered the caddy unusable.
