EDITED 6/24/2022: It’s definitely gotten softer as I’ve washed it. Zipper and stitching still holding strong as are ties. Absolutely exceeded expectations. Now if you’ll excuse me I’m going back to bed where I’ve been the last 1.5 years 1/22: Some of these reviews are hilarious. So many people complaining about what is, in all actuality, how a $50 100% cotton duvet should be expected to be. It’s not super duper soft because it’s NOT microfiber! Its 100% cotton, it’s not rough like canvas or potato sacks, it is soft enough for me. And after it’s first wash I did feel a difference (but still not microfiber soft). Its well made, the stitching is even and strong, the zipper is well installed. It DOES wrinkle because AS OTHER THINGS THAT ARE 100% COTTON, IT WRINKLES!!! If that’s something that bothers you, you’ll need to iron it or, find something else. It doesn’t bother me. I don’t know if I love this because if the actual comforter I am using (filled with bamboo viscose) or this or a combo of both but it is definitely one of the most comfortable I have ever had. I’m never too hot or too cold, it’s not super fluffy but it’s so so comfy. WARNING: I dream of returning to my bed all day (I have also been known to bring it to where I watch TV and cuddle down in it!) If you aren’t super sensitive to a slightly rough texture, and don’t mind wrinkles (or are willing to do something to cure them), buy this cover! ... show more
