I bought this in the California King size to go on my Cal King duvet. I double checked the measurements on both my duvet and this duvet cover, and they were the exact same (at least on paper). When I put this cover on my duvet, it just fits from top to bottom (could use about a half inch more space for the duvet to lay completely flat inside), but from side to side there is excess material (about 2 to 3 inches or so). The duvet does not fill out the cover from side to side, and tends to shift away from the edges (even with the corners tied into place). While I like this cover and plan to keep it, I just wish there was a way to keep the insert from shifting out of place and filling out the cover completely to all edges. Yes, I did make sure I was putting the duvet in the correct way, it would not fit at all if I turned it. Maybe if I had a much thicker duvet insert, it would fill out the inside better. But I have a thinner, all season duvet. Overall, the material is soft, the pattern and colors are beautiful, the corner ties work to hold the corners in place, and the zipper closure makes it easy to insert the duvet. The included pillow shams are nice as well, although the ruffle around the sham is only on 3 sides of the sham (one long edge and both short edges). I haven't washed the cover yet, so I can't speak to how well it washes and dries or if it will wrinkle in the wash. If the makers of duvets and duvet covers could get together, and add extra ties and loops on the sides of the duvets/covers to hold them in place better, it would make using duvets/covers so much easier and avoid the issues of shifting out of place. Just a thought I'm putting out into the universe.

IVE HAD FOR A YEAR. STILL LOOKS LIKE NEW. Awesome product. It feels very expensive has a nice body to the fabric. and washes well, i dry it on medium heat, till just a little damp and hand over banister. Does not come out wrinkle if you dont dry it 9n high.Gets softer with every wash. The shams could be bigger. But over all I love it! the zipper is hidden.I get lots of complements on it. the colors are even more rich in person. Comes beautifully boxed. I'm pretty fussy with bedding, usually I'm buying at Macy's, I've paid hundreds for duvets. MEASURE YOUR COMFORTER AND MAKE SURE ITS THE RIGHT ONE FOR YOU.

This is a beautiful duvet. I bought a king for a queen size platform in bed and it’s just a little larger than what I would like, but neither side hangs on the floor. I wanted something that would fully cover the oversized mattress and this does. The material is very breathable and very light. The cotton has a little bit of a sheen to it. I like that it’s super light and even a king will be easy to wash. The duvet tie did not match up with the duvet insert unfortunately, but I haven’t had any issues with slippage. The shams seem a little big for my king size pillows. I bought the teal and the color is true to the pictures. It’s a little more expensive than what I usually spend on a duvet. However, I can see it lasting for a long time. Highly recommend.
