My machine was missing one part. In addition, I found parts installed backwards and all screws were installed loosely. Unless you are a mechanic with specialty tools, a normal person would never be able to get this machine working. Also, one coin slot was not machined correctly making the coin impossible to insert. After four hours of machining and installing the parts correctly, it does work now. The parts themselves are quality, just the installation was very sloppy. Still waiting for a reply on that missing part. Update: Seller responded about the missing part and was very helpful.

Very easy to install, works perfect! 10/10. Would recommend the seller to include instructions , just to have some information on parts. Update: After two years of having the machine in operation i’ve got better info. Coin dispensing door is always falling off, coin mechanism gets jammed frequently because all coins stack up instead of sliding down into coin box. I’ve called customer service for replacement keys and doors, no answer yet. Look for other machines similar to the one shown for another way of replacement parts. You need to be mechanically inclined to work this without instructions manual. My original rating was 10/10 it is now 5/10 .

Good value overall Coin op is poorly designed I almost lost a location over it They screws to hold the coin op aren’t designed good & don’t stay tight & fell out in the customers. I used lock tight on the screws. Coins stick too If your mechanical inclined you can get it to work. How long they will stay tight is anyone’s guess
