Good soft leather, durable, great for carry on, very deep and spacious, good space for your laptop, sits well on your back. The only problem I have is that after multiple uses tiny little scratches will appear on the bag. The buckles in the front are snap on and you can easily lose them. SELLER Need your help. I am keeping my bag but recently I have been walking around with one buckle on my bag. Unfortunately I lost one and would like to reorder just the buckle. I am not trying to replace the whole bag. Perfect size for me! Not too big, not too small. Love the drawstring top. Looks far more expensive than it is! I was anticipating that "smell" that some of these products have at first, but to my surprise, not a whiff of chemical smell! I love it!

This is the most perfect travel backpack. It has more space than it looks, and is very comfortable. I love that there are plenty of pockets, the only thing I would change is to add a back pocket that can securely hold a passport.
