Their products are awesome, and their promise to treat customers well is much better than most other companies. Unbelievable Customer Service: A True Story Veeniix earned my trust when they kept their one-year product guarantee—that's a whole 11 months longer than most other warranties! I saw this promise in action recently when one of my drones had a small, repeated software problem. I called Veeniix Customer Support over the weekend. I left a message on Saturday and got a call back from Elaine just 20 minutes later! She immediately promised to fix things. The very next morning, Kim called to arrange a brand-new, identical drone replacement, totally free. The process was super easy; I just had to send in some flight records and a photo. To make things even better, Joyce emailed me this morning to confirm the shipment and included a free drone battery as a bonus! Since those batteries cost almost $100, this extra gift showed how willing they were to fix their small mistake. A big thank you to Elaine, Kim, and Joyce for their amazing help! Very impressed with the quality of this drone. The camera is great, no glitching, blur, etc. It handles high winds pretty dang good, for a drone this size at least. Overall, I'm very pleased with this drone. Especially the quality of the photos and videos. It is very stable in flight and hover adding to the media quality. Operation is pretty straight forward. The auto return is your friend and is a safety feature you will come to appreciate. My experience is flight time and battery duration is not as long as stated but part of that could be due to flying conditions such as head wind, etc. Once you are familiar with operation it could be a little faster but generally the speed is sufficient. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is loss of signal that reduces range that results in auto return before mission completion. In my case I believe that this is due to the geographic area I mainly operate in which is heavily wooded with very tall trees making line of site between the drone and the controller difficult. I have overcome this to some extent by using the map feature and flying way-points which seems to allow the drone to operate autonomously. The media could not be loaded. We purchased the Veeniix V11 Mini 4K and could not wait to take it out to a great location. There is an iconic round barn in the area that is fun to look at, so we selected that as our location to try this drone for the first time. From the moment you open the box, you are greeted with quality. The case for carrying the drone is durable and has a buttery smooth zipper (and I hate bad zippers!) Everything is packaged well for great portability. Set up was seamless. We unpackaged the drone, connecting an Android device to it, and powered on the drone and controller. (We had already installed the app.) The drone and controller connected quickly, established a GPS signal, and we were up, up, and away! The drone is extremely light weight. This makes it a blast to fly, because of its quick acceleration and maneuverability. However, that made it a bit of adjustment for us when recording video as compared to a larger drone such as the Veeniix V11. The battery life was as advertised. With other models, our experience has been that the wind can chew up the battery a bit more quickly, but they do seem to handle moderate winds with no problem. Having 3 batteries (for those who buy the 96-minute) is certainly more than enough for most needs, and they can of course be recharged while new ones are rotated if need be. We enjoyed this drone and are suitably impressed with the quality at the price point. The small form factor is fun and can go with you about anywhere! ... show more
