Great quality bookbag. I keep two laptops, one is ruggedized. I also keep a small camping seat and toiletries bag on the outer pouch. I work in network closets and I have several tools and cables i keep in it. I also love the extra battery holder and charging ports.

Edit: I have to tell you, these guys have been amazing! I wrote this review and within an hour I had a response. They gave me numerous options refund new one pick my color, pick a different style, etc. But my son, who’s autistic, loved this exact backpack. So we had to do this exact backpack. I never got any hesitation, it was OK. We’ll get it out to you. It was here the next day. My son went to school that morning with his perfect backpack. Thank you so much. We all know that nothing in this world is perfect. Everything has its ups and downs. But this was a “holy crap, I can’t believe that happened”. These guys found a way to make it right. They found a way to make my son’s day. It doesn’t happen very often. I bought this for my son to use for school. He’s not rough on it, doesn’t throw things around, but the entire top has ripped open. We’ve only had it for about a month maybe six weeks and I’m gonna have to get a new one. Will not buy this again. For the price, it should have lasted at lot longer.
