I was able to put this together by myself (7 months pregnant) in about 30 minutes. Not super easy lining up the little holes with the screws, and I installed the doors inside out and had to flip them around. But it helps that I waited till the end to tighten everything. No scratches or cracks in any of the pieces. My nit picky Cons: It’s a very dull gold. Not very shiny. You can see the screws under the drawer pulls. Also I think the drawer pulls are plastic and kinda ugly. Might replace later. Stickers were placed on the outside of the pieces and they didn’t come off very well so I’m going to have to scrub with some Goo Gone. Not my favorite. Doesn’t seem super sturdy like it’ll last several years, but you never know. Overall I am happy with it. It’s cute and matches the nursery. ... show more

It took a couple hours to assemble because the directions are more confusing than they need to be. ie: I finished steps 1 & 2 but had to undo part of step 1 to finish part 3 etc. I hate double work. Using this little corner table to hold an electric teapot, tea mugs and tea on our porch. It's perfect for this purpose. Most (but not all) the instructions were quite clear. It took about 3 hours to assemble, but the end result has been well-worth the time spent.

I received this item with several pieces damaged during shipping. Whatever it happens. Annoying but not that big of a deal. What was frustrating was the customer service. Inside their product they say they’ll respond within 24 hours if you have an issue. It took them 3 days to respond. Again, annoying but not the end of the world. But the communication by them was very poor; I made it very clear the pieces I needed replaced and they were not clear as to their understanding of what pieces I needed. Didn’t need to turn into such a stressful situation that dragged on for over a month. I finally received the pieces I needed and I do like it overall. The doors don’t line up perfectly (even with tightening/untightening screws) and they close inward to touch the magnetic holder piece rather than flat across when closed. Not all that noticeable when far away though. So overall I do like this product, but for the price I wish the doors were designed differently and that their customer service was better. ... show more
