Ignore any negative comments. They must just be a fluke. It's beautiful. Medium weight, not light. The colors are perfect. It washed up great. Did take a while to dry. This quilt... the look and feel is gorgeous. I wanted something on my bed that doesn't require a dust ruffle. Although it doesn't hang quite as long as I would like, it's OK. Pictured is the queen size quilt on a queen bed.

I absolutely love this quilt which serves as a spread. It is well made, wrinkle fee and the binding around the scallop edge is perfect regarding my decor. The scattered embroidery roses add a special touch and blend well with the picture above my bed. The pillow shams are especially nice in that they meet well and the scallops are so elegantly done. I have a Queen size bed but ordered a King quilt so I have no need for a bed skirt. This beautifully hangs so neatly around the bed showing off the scallops edges. It's absolutely gorgeous. Just don't buy it if you're clumsy like me because I've already ruined mine with stains within just a couple weeks. I'm devastated. I thought it was beautiful and still do. However I should have known better than to get a cream colored quilt.
