Overall, I think this comfortable to use and is pretty close to the overall look I was going for with my bedding. I will say, it isn't as nice of quality as it appears in the picture. I somewhat wish I had been able to get an actual linen or linen blend comforter in the same style, but that was not in my budget. I do worry about the batting getting bunched up in the comforter, but it is still not too bad after 2 or 3 washes. I did have an issue with it coming apart at the seam where the brand and wash tags are attached, so I still need to sew that back up. The greatest positive I have to say about it is how comfortable it is. It is very soft and the weight of it is great, it does not leave me burning up at night. While I do think there are some flaws, I still think it was worth purchasing, mostly due to how comfortable it is. ... show more

The bedspread is an honest king-size. The skirting drapes nicely and falls all the way to the floor. I probably wouldn't recommend it if you don't have a boxspring, but if you have a mattress and boxspring, it falls beautifully to just skim the floor. My puppy chewed up my dust ruffle and I was looking for a replacement. I thought about a bedspread and this came up in my search. The part that covers the top of the mattress is lightly padded and the portion that hangs down in like a sheet. The wrinkles have come out some with it being on the bed but it isn't wrinkle free. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. It's beautiful and it doesn't look cheaply made. It's lightweight, but it does have some batting in the top. I didn't buy it for warmth so I'm fine with that. The fabric is delicate so I wouldn't purchase it if you have animals wallowing on your bed. Maybe not great for overly rambunctious and messy kids either, but I think it will hold up fine with gentle-average use. ... show more
