I have extremely dry and sensitive irritated eyes but can't do without waterline eyeliner. I have spent hundreds looking for one that doesn't irritate my eyes and I have finally found it! This goes on easily and lasts all day and the itchiness and irritation is far less!

It's a long-lasting eyeliner, but i cannot use it on the waterline, it doesn't stay. You have to be careful not to twist out too much of it at one time, as you can't turn it back.

There’s not enough wonderful world about this eyeliner. It goes on soft and smooth and easy. You can use it lightly or dramatically like a cat's eye. It lasts all day. It’s waterproof in and out of the pool warm temperatures whatever you may need.
