Just assembled today. The back piece is NOT cardboard, but actual wood...albeit VERY thin wood. All the pieces fit together precisely when the directions (picture directions) are followed. Pay attention to the drawing and taking your time will result in a VERY STURDY piece of furniture, worthy of being sold (if it were assembled) at most furniture stores. I am VERY PLEASED with the table as a whole, with the minor complaint that the adjustable shelves (both of them) are not as wide as they should be (in my humble opinion), yet they function 100% as a shelf should. More cosmetics than anything. I recommend this TV stand. I use it under a TV that is hanging on the wall, just underneath it, to hold all the accessories (XBox, AVR, Power Center, Modem and router, etc...) neatly and attractively.

Step by step instructions were very easy to follow. It took me about 40 minutes to assemble by myself. It comes with everything you need, no need to go look for your old tools. It’s very sturdy. I needed a stand for my 65 inch TV and found this one at a great price. It looks a lot nicer in person. I read other reviews that said the holes didn’t line up, if you come to that problem it’s because you’re not putting the piece on the correct way. Try flipping it and maybe the holes will align correctly. It happened to me with part B. The back piece didn’t want to go in on one side, but that’s because part H was a little on the way because i didn’t put it straight. I just unscrewed it a little bit so I could straighten it. Then I was able to get the back piece right in place. So if something doesn’t fit in place, play with it until it fits. It’s user error, nothing wrong with the actual furniture

Awful product. I was sent extra hardware that I didn’t need. The shelves are meant to be set on ROUND PEGS and the shelves don’t have a notch or anything cut out so the shelves can sit sturdy on the pegs, but all that happens is that the shelves roll. So dumb. The top of the unit is already scratched. Save your money. This is garbage.

Instructions are not very good. They don’t describe the pieces as to front, back, right or left side. Several of the pieces did not fit together well and had to be forced. One of the fasteners pulled out of the piece causing a bow in it. There is barely enough of the metal pegs for the center shelves to sit on. It looks nice but all in all I would not recommend, it is not worth the amount of money paid for it.

Not all the holes line up and we had to drill extra depth to the pegs and realign holes that should have come in correctly. It was a hassel. Came out pretty though but we don't plan on moving it much as it may fall apart.
