The media could not be loaded. I purchased this item based on the reviews. I was concerned when I read that it had a lot of pieces to put together as well when I saw that some people were complaining that the drawers were not aligned. I was Abita confused by the instructions and a bit overwhelmed when I saw the amount of different pieces you had to put together. I took my time and was patient as I was putting it together. The hour and 20 minutes I took to put this together was well worth it. The cabinet aligned absolutely perfectly and looks great. Totally worth the money. I used it to have a place for my mail and other paperwork and put it next to my dining table. It looks absolutely great and it's a similar gray color as my dining table☺️☺️. I am very happy with my purchase!!!!

Beautiful and functional. A bit challenging to put together. (There is a wheel that attaches to the bottom of the file drawer. I took it off because it didn't work well on carpet). Great, great quality and very sturdy. I am so impressed!

Update: The mfr did provide support. I missed the email. They are sending me a new handle. I really do love this cabinet very much. I updated my rating from 1 to 5. It is a really good cabinet. Easy to assemble. Vasagle support is the worst. I've emailed them twice with no response. They have very short phone support hours. I don't recommend this manufacturer. Horrible support!!!! I just need a new handle and can't get any support other than to return it. I'm not willing to disassemble it to return. Instead I'll return the unopened Vasagle products I still have and go with another mfr. It's a shame because this is a nice product. It went together well but if the parts don't work and there is NO support then it's not worth the money.

I got this when it was on sale for $60. Not sure I would buy it when it is more expensive but that is just my personal money views. I was concerned at the reviews because a lot said that it was very hard to put together. I didn't really have that issue. If you read the instructions with common sense then you should be pretty much good.

The instructions were super vague. The problem was the tracks for the drawer. One of the images showed one placement of the tracks, and the others showed another. When we finally got it together the bottom drawer was super sloppy and fell off on the back of the rails. The top drawer would not even go in at all. The space between the bottom drawer on the top of cabinet was too small for the drawer to fit. Tired to contact the manufacture support team and there was no way to do so. The link was there but then no way to connect with support team. Would definitely not recommend

However, although I finished putting it together, I realized there is a piece missing. It's the rods that's used to Hang the folders on. I checked everywhere just to make sure I didn't overlook them but no, it's not in the box or anywhere. I already contacted customer service, hopefully, they'll send them to me in a timely manner. Otherwise I'll keep it a 3 star. Overall, I was able to put it together in an hr and some change. Not bad at all. The pieces fit beautifully and flush making it to be very sturdy and appealing. ****UPDATE***** I have updated the rating from 3-5 star because the missing piece came today and fit perfectly in the drawer and now my file cabinet is officially complete. Customer service got back to me in a timely manner and fixed the issue. I will be ordering from them again.
