  • The PERFECT bra for me
Size: 34D Color: Underwire - Black
I have been wearing this Vanity Fair 75335 for many years at this point and I am grateful that they have not discontinued the style! I am 60 years old and trim, and as a large breasted woman (34D cup in this bra--DD in others), I have tried many bras over the years, willing to pay anything for the right one. This is really the perfect fitting bra for me. Most bras for large breasted women look too old fashioned for me, cut too high with thick, ugly straps, like the ones my grandmother wore in the 1960's. Not the case with the Vanity Fair 75335. This bra fits and shapes very nicely, has classic styling, looks nice on, doesn't cause that horrible breast "overflow", is smooth under shirts, extremely comfortable and holds up over time after many washings. It has clean, simple lines with no lace or other adornments, which is a big plus for me. It is both functional and attractive, which is so hard for large breasted women to find. AND, bonus, the price point is awesome! I beg Vanity Fair to continue making this wonderful bra! Whoever designed this got it just right and I imagine it would fit well on women with B-C cups, too. Now, if I could only find a bathing suit with a bra that fits like this I'd be all set! ... show more

  • Five Stars – A Longtime Favourite!
Size: 38D Color: Underwire - Black
I’ve been buying this bra year after year after year—in black, white, and beige—and it remains hands down my favourite. The fit is reliable, the support is excellent, and the convertible straps make it wonderfully versatile whether I’m in a regular tee or something a bit more daring. It’s comfortable enough for all-day wear without ever feeling like I need to rip it off the moment I get home (which, let’s be honest, is rare in the world of underwire). The lightly lined cups give just the right shape and coverage, and it washes beautifully too—no weird warping or wire shenanigans. I always keep a fresh one on standby because once you’ve found the one, why stray? Highly recommended if you want comfort, support, and a bra that won’t betray you mid-day. ... show more

  • Actually fits, but not the perfect bra
Size: 34D Color: Underwire - Beige
While this is definitely not the perfect bra, it does fit! And it has kept its shape (so far), the nude color does not show through clothing, the straps are generally comfortable, the fabric is soft, the band is a good width (not too thin, and not too wide). The cups actually cover properly without causing over-spillage or any of the other dreaded problems you might encounter on top (they don't press in where they cut across the breast or cause top bulge), and the top edge of the cup does not roll out (and thus, cause a lump of fabric that shows through your clothes). So, this bra fits, assuming you buy the correct size. I used to think I was a 36 C (presumably the most common size, since it is in every store in every brand) and found out I am a 34DD, which is considerably more difficult to find! Get online and REALLY learn how to measure properly. It is really hard to find this size in stores, and completely non-existent in many common brands. SO HAPPY to have discovered this bra by Vanity Fair in the correct size!! The bra should be hooked on the loosest hook, and as the bra stretches over time, you should be able to tighten it. This bra does that perfectly. I have it hooked comfortably on the last set of hooks without having to tug. Over time, I'll need to tighten it, and there are two more sets of double hooks (which are much more comfortable that a thin band with a single hook). If you buy a bra that fits when you hook it on the tightest setting, when it stretches out over time you have to buy a whole new bra! Buy the correct size and you'll have it much longer. (Hand wash, hang to dry, and it will last even longer!!!) But here is why it is less than perfect. I purchased three of the same size and color at the same time. Each bra has something annoying about it, but it's not the same thing for each bra! On one, the plastic that snaps together on the strap in the back irritates my skin to the point of leaving a big red mark (like I scratched myself badly). I've tried to see if there was a burr on the plastic, but I can't find anything. Another has sharp edges on the end of the band --can't accurately describe it other than to say it's where they edged the fabric where to hooks are so it doesn't come apart--not sewn, might be heat melted or something. It is just very pokey! There is absolutely nothing I can figure out to eliminate the problem. At the moment I can't remember what is wrong with the third bra (I think it was the same as the first but in a different clasp). My skin is REALLLLY sensitive, so maybe it's just me being psychotic, but it is annoying. The bra has convertible straps. You can unsnap the little plastic clasp thingies and extend the straps, then criss-cross them and re-clasp. A nice feature, but one I've never used. The bra has to be ALL the way extended to do this! Also, maybe it's the fabric that causes strap slippage, but the plastic that holds the strap when you adjust it tends to not really hold it all that great, and I have to constantly (privately, of course) tighten them. While all three bras I ordered are the same size, one is tightened to about an inch of the fullest tightening, while another has a good 4 inches left. So they aren't all exactly the same! But the cup and band fit is consistent for all of them. By the way, another nice thing about the fit is that if you DO have to tighten the straps so they don't slide off your shoulders, it doesn't cause the band to ride up. The band is very secure--which it is supposed to be, since it is really what is supposed to be holding everything in place--not the straps! If you are using the straps to hold everything up, the band is probably too big (or just stretched out and it is time for a new bra!). This bra looks quite smooth under tee-shirts, which is what I normally wear. It also keeps the girls much higher and rounder than other bras I've worn. I'm satisfied with the shape I get with this bra. Also, the padding is not too thick, but it does prevent any show-through or visible protrusion. A good bra overall. Just some minor annoyances. But I'm willing to keep buying this bra for the general comfort of it. Keep an eye on it because it goes up and down in price by several dollars. I just found a black one at a store for about 21. If the price is good, buy several. Your back will say, "Ahhhhh." ... show more

  • Don't Let The Low Price Fool You - These Are Quality!!
Size: 34C Color: Underwire - Black
Okay, I'm a bit of a bra snob. At least I was until I tried these! I always bought my bras at Victoria Secret and paid dearly for the privilege. I recently lost a lot of weight and during my transition down, I lost a bit of the girls too. Okay with me! But, not knowing where I would end up I didn't want to spend $50 on a bra that was going to be too big in matter of weeks or months. I saw these and thought the price was reasonable enough to buy for a short-term solution. Well as it turns out, the rest of my weight loss affected everywhere else and the size I'm at now will be my size. When I put one of these on and wore it, it was so comfortable and fit so well that I bought them in white, beige, and black (the staple colors y'all!) I am over the whole VS thing and am happy to report that I am no longer a bra snob! Don't let the low price fool you. These are very well constructed and hold their shape even after washing. I have never made it a practice to put my bras in the dryer so I can't speak to how they hold up out of a dryer. Take advantage of the low price and get one of these! I'm betting that you will end up buying more. I hope they keep making them because they will now be the only ones I buy! ... show more

  • Great shape and fit.
Size: 36C Color: Wirefree - Ivory
Great fit, giving a great shape and comfortable. I’ve tried on many different sizes and different brands, including some very expensive ones, and this is one of the best. I now have 3 of these and hope they are never discontinued.
