This is such a good quality vanity! I’m generally skeptical of anything made of pressed wood but this is solid. It will last a long time. I can move it around without fearing it will come apart. It is relatively heavy too, probably about 100 pounds. The white lights are plastic and they do not get hot, so I don’t have to worry about my daughter getting too close to the bulbs when she’s doing her hair and makeup. The LED strip is optional but for an LED strip, it’s excellent quality as well. It’s not the thin paper strip that you sometimes see but a thicker rubber/silicone type material. The adhesive on them leaves a little to be desired but there are clips to ensure it stays in place. A lot of the reviews talk about the size being smaller than they expected, but I would say it’s exactly what I would picture a standard vanity or desk to be. A normal desk chair will fit it just fine. I purchased the purple one, and the drawers are a little shimmery which is a nice, thoughtful touch from the designer. Purchased this vanity for our 9 year old granddaughter's birthday. She was thrilled! The vanity has several small storage compartments, shelves with glass doors, a nice mirror, and the lights make it look beautiful! The stool is nice too and has more storage. It took my husband and I about 4 hours to put it together. The directions were very good and we had no problems following them. The vanity is nice, but definitely a young persons piece of furniture...I really cannot see an adult wanting this. It's made out of a laminated particle board type of material, so we don't expect it hold up for several years with much use...I would consider this "temporary furniture" which is fine as our granddaughter will most likely outgrown it in two to three years (if it last that long). The vanity is pretty, appears sturdy, and I do recommend for a young person to use for a few years. ... show more

My daughter’s favorite gift! It took me 2 days to put together with a lot of pieces - but I enjoy that! I suggest organizing the wood pieces by number before starting the assembly. This is sturdy and does not look like the fake, cheap wood vanity desks. Very sturdy!

This review may be a bit long. I needed an item for a 44” space. This vanity is 43”. Fit like a glove and perfectly into this space. Let’s start with the box. It’s heavy. 108lbs. Everything is packed neatly with styrofoam. Everything is numbered. Comes with 2 boxes. 1 has the lights. 1 has the hardware. Hardest part? Getting past the first page. The cover states 180 minute build time with 2 ppl. It took me 3hr 59min with just me. It took me 23 mins to unload the items from the box. Assembly was easy. Go slow. Breathe. A couple pages felt tricky but if you just take a minute? You’ll figure it out. It’s a very nice vanity. Feels sturdy. Two drawers don’t line up perfectly but I’ll just ignore it. I don’t expect perfection when I’m the one building it. I bought this for my 11yo. I don’t feel it fits me. It feels too small for me. I’m 5’6” and 130lbs. 5 stars for quality, size for my kid, space, items it can hold, compact to fit a tighter space. ... show more

Although it took my husband and son-in-law a couple of days to assemble it - my 13-year-old granddaughter LOVED it! It has several drawers in which to store and organize things, the lights around the mirror create a “movie star” aura, it’s actually sturdier than we’d expected and it looks quite nice - but it’s not solid wood, so we will see how long it holds up… It’s not as large as a full size dressing table, but just the right size for a teen girl and a small/medium bedroom. This turned out perfect for my 13 year old daughter’s Christmas present. She loves it!! I put this together pretty much on my own. My daughter held a couple things in place while I screwed them in but helped less than 5 mins. It did take me 3+ hours to put together. There were some parts of the instructions that were hard to understand and I had to redo a couple things when I realized I had done them wrong but overall it was not too difficult. The colored lights are really cool and my daughter downloaded the app to set to music and change the colors. The cabinets are perfect to put things like perfume in as well as decor. The shelf on top is perfect to display things and the cabinets and drawers are spacious. After a lot of consideration, I am glad I chose this particular vanity and feel it is a reasonable price and well made. I feel like this will last a long time for her. ... show more

long review but please read ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I LOVE this vanity. it’s chic, has so much storage, outlet on the side, LEDs all along the bottom, Hollywood style lights along the mirror, a cute stool, and a HAIRDRYER HOLDER!! *you will need 2 people to carry the box. It weighed 150lbs* assembling took 6 hours by myself- this is NOT a quick build. it does not come with a screwdriver, you will need your own. I’d recommend a power drill to speed up the process. every piece was labeled, easy instructions to follow. you will need 2 people for one step. storage is the best feature, this can fit everything you possibly need. even the stool opens up. it looks high quality, comes with white stickers to cover all the screw holes, and it doesn’t take up much space. the stool fits underneath, so the whole thing if flush to the wall. any girl of any age would love this, don’t hesitate, it’s my favorite part of my room. ... show more

My daughter had been asking for a vanity, but we've been putting it off. We didn't want to spend a lot and we wanted something that she wouldn't outgrow. I searched Amazon and found the 43" widewith doors on top and lots of storage space. We searched Wayfair, which had some nice vanities. But, the prices were just a bit more than we wanted to pay. Still pretty reasonable. So, we ordered this vanity desk with mirror. As with any furniture purchase from an online retailer, I was skeptical of the quality. The reviews on this vanity from Wodeer were however, really good. So, we took a chance. The vanity was packaged really well, especially considering FedEx broke open the box and one of the pieces had fallen out in our yard. After seeing the damage to the box, I took pictures and sent them to the seller Wodeer. They were extremely responsive and helpful. I received a response within 24 hrs. I was told to go ahead and open the packaging, inspect the contents and report any damage. Fortunately, there were no missing pieces or damage on any of the items. Had there been, Wodeer said they would gladly send replacements. And, if the contents had been damaged beyond repair, they would have sent a second vanity without hesitation. Since this is a vanity desk, there were a ton of boards and pieces. I began working on the assembly one night after work. I worked on it for 2 hrs, then finished it the next day. I wasn't really in a hurry to assemble it. So, I had about 5 - 6 hours of assembly time into it. There is one part where it will take two people to place the mirror and desktop together onto the base. Otherwise, it can be done by one person. It's just the mirror and desktop that requires two people. Upon completing the assembly, I was really pleased with the quality of this vanity. It is really sturdy and looks really nice.
