We simply like this candle very, very much. It has a very subtle scent that eliminates all kinds of odors here at my apartment. We don't cook much but every time we do, the smell of food can become present for a while as we live in a 1-bedroom apartment with only 2 windows and a sliding door in the bedroom. This candle has a very calming effect, and it is very efficient... we also smoke, and this candle efficiently removes the cigarette smell within minutes! When we have guests coming over, they say that it's hard to believe that smokers live here, seriously. I got the vanilla scented candle for the first time buying this brand. I smoke in my bathroom to keep the smell in one place. And the vanilla totally covered up the smell of smoke. In minutes, as a matter of fact, I thought it was amazing! It was potent, but it didn’t make me sick. Great candle, but it did burn fast. I just got the lilac and it’s not as potent at all. It’s like 75% less potent. I smell it but it’s not covering anything up. It’s actually a baseline when it comes to scent strength. Good news about the ugly label, I was able to slowly peel it off nicely once the candle was heated up. I think the label could definitely be more aesthetically pleasing.I want to try an 3rd scent to see which is the most potent. Because it’s obviously what it’s for. ... show more

This is the third time I have bought this product. I really love the vanilla one, and I recommend it, however the last one I bought was the Lavanda and I wouldn't recommend it. It is a really bad candle, I don't like how my room smelled, and I didn't finish it. I may buy another one (vanilla, of course) ... show more

Love the vanilla smell! These candles really do take any gross smell out of a room and fast. I use them if I cooked a particular meal and plus we have a dog and the smell goes away quickly. Only thing I don’t like is that the inside of the jar gets black so I don’t think these are clean burning?

I love these candles. The vanilla is so good. I also have bought the cinnamon apple pie and it’s a toss up on which one I like best or which to order next time. Maybe I’ll even try a new one!
