I very much like the cut off these reeds. Thick tip, long vamp. I've played La Voz for decades. They have a cut I love, but are incredibly inconsistent. These reeds are much more consistent and play with a similar feel. The tone is a bit darker imo. Also, they run in the hard side. I've run through about 5 boxes of these. Average 3-4 good reeds, 1-2 performers. These do lack a bit brilliance on my setup compared to La Voz, but considering I get 1-3 decent reeds in a box of La Voz, and at least 3 throw aways, it's a happy compromise ... show more
