This product is exactly as described online. What you see online is what you will receive. Nothing more and nothing less. These little gardening fences are short, thin and somewhat decorative, meant to go around your garden, your flowers, or other landscaping. They add a classy touch to any yard space, and they are so versatile in their possible uses. You can place them in a circle around a specific area of flowers, or you can line them up in a horizontal or vertical line, to border your garden or outdoor space. These fencing pieces are not going to be enough to keep a dog enclosed behind them. However, I suppose if you have a guinea pig, or maybe a small rabbit that won't hop over, that would work. As long as you supervise of course, to prevent predators from getting close. I think for the most part, the folks I would recommend this product to, are gardening enthusiasts. With a little imagination and a tiny green thumb, you can come up with all kinds of unique and beautiful ways to set these up. ... show more

I have ordered quite a number of self-install fences with screw-on legs and this is one of the better fences. Mine are used to keep a 48 lb. puppy from digging up my flower beds and this fence is tall enough to be useful for that purpose. This fence also has stronger metal legs than most of my others and doesn't wobble at the screw connection point, as do most of my other fences of this design. The metal of this fence is on the thin side and one of my panels had significantly bent crossbars and a leg spindle. This panel should not have been included with the other 9 that were fine. The problem I have encountered with all the fences with screw on legs is the inconsistency of the metal threading of the screw. This fence is the best of all that I have ordered; all the threading was consistent and all the legs screwed on easily and uniformly. It is now protecting my grapes and jasmine patio border from digger dog and the bent panel is hidden. ... show more

This is a pretty sturdy little fence. The clips are very tight and grip only about half the panel edges. You will need pliers and patience to install them but they hold surprisingly well. There are enough of them to make 2 five panel cloches with a couple of extras. You can make a fence for a small flower bed or use as a 5 panel or 10 panel cloche. I have some new plantings I needed to protect so I will use them for the latter. The posts screw onto the bottom of the pane. This post method make the panels harder to install and my preference is fence with the rods that slide into loops on the panels, but these are OK. ... show more

The design is simple but attractive. If you push the legs as far as they will go, the fence is 16-17" high. This won't keep most varmints out if they are really determined, but I'm mainly using it for the aesthetic effect. Screwing the legs onto the fencing is a bit tedious, but once it's done it's done. This little fence was easy to assemble and set up in my yard. You can see in the picture, we used most of it to make a pen for our guinea pigs to play in in our yard. It works perfectly for them! This way we can take them outside for a while and they have a safe place to play and eat. We will of course not be leaving them outside unsupervised, this is a supervised only activity for them. The fence does require some assembly, and you can chose to use little clips or zip ties to hold the fencing together so that it is more sturdy.
