I panicked when only the fireplace arrived, checked the reviews here and found other people complaining about the same, but no worries because the cabinet part showed up a few hours later! This was a surprise for my husband, so my 21yo son assembled it to have it all set up for when his dad came home from a work trip! My kid is quite handy, but I’d still say it was fairly easy to put together, just took time and patience and sometimes a bit of muscle.     • Small heater capacity but its nice

The media could not be loaded. I received it in 2 separate shipments. Seller provided me just one tracking number but I have the FEDEX app and noticed two packages from the same address and thanks to some reviewers I realized that I was expecting two boxes , one with the heater and the other with the cabinet. When FEDEX delivered the cabinet I saw that the box was ripped and inside a brown wood piece broken and informed the Seller right away and within a day they responded me and told me that for safety reasons they put a protective panel which was the brown wood piece. Upon completely opened the box, it was true, nothing else was broken. It took us about 2.5 hours to assembly the whole cabinet. Instructions were included and not too difficult because each part has a sticker with a number to identified the parts, so reading the manual was not bad. Still we made some mistakes but finally we finished and still some screws remain. The heater is good enough for a small room but at least it keeps the room warm, not super warm but it is not cold anymore. I think it also depends in where you live, in my case we dont get too cold winters. The flames dont look real but the LED lights make the cabinet looking great. I think you can turn off the heater and just let the flames and LED lights on, also the LED lights under the cabinet can change to different colors by using the remote control or the touch screen on the heater. The maximum heater temperature is 82 or 84. Not sure yet how long it will last. I was lucky to received my product in good condition. ... show more

The only thing that arrived was the fireplace part. Not a single part of the cabinet came in. What am I supposed to do with a fake fireplace that can't even stand alone without the cabinet?!?!?

I was a little worried at first as I only received the fireplace but after a couple days the tv stand came in. The instructions were very easy to understand and took me about. a hour to assemble. I def recommend using a drill to speed up the process. Very sturdy if everything is screwed in correctly. Has multiple options for the lights and background. The heater its self-works really well had my living room very warm after just 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I did have a scratch on mines, but I just covered it. Overall, I'd recommend this product. Updated Review... The Fireplace piece arrived first and was the only tracking number provided. The shipment for the cabinet pieces arrived a day later. I messaged the seller and received a response within a day with the second shipment tracking number. I would suggest they include the two shipment info into the description to avoid bad reviews. The media could not be loaded. My shipment was delivered BEFORE the estimated arrival time I was given. I was not home when it was delivered. The FedEx driver placed the package on my stairs. There was "protection" boards inside the packages were broken in the same spots FedEx dropped the larger package. Overall the fireplace has a clean appearance. The dimensions were accurate. The heating source is terrible!!! I am in MN where it gets cold. I was unable to heat a large room which was disappointing. There were also white markings/scrapes on portions of the cabinet doors, scratches on some of the interior portion and a large white scrape on the edge top portion which is clearly visible. I am dissatisfied with the purchase. Update: December 13, 2023 This fireplace also interferes with another remote with my sound device (Vizio soundbar) which sits directly above the fireplace. When I attempted to turn on my soundbar the fireplace turns on and I am now having a difficult time connecting the soundbar to Bluetooth. The company has excellent customer service and eager in trying to resolve customer issues. I am working with a man named Jason who is extremely professional and polite. They were willing to give me a new unit or refund me. I appreciate their efforts in meeting my needs. ... show more
