The quality is better than expected and it was easy to build. Mine had the LED strips inside the fireplace behind the glass panel. I had to read ahead in the instructions in order to know how to retrieve them. That was the only hiccup. It does come in two boxes at slightly different times. One box is the TV stand and the other the fireplace. The heater works great and the flames and "embers" are entertaining, but not terribly realistic. It's more artistic than realistic. ... show more

The only thing that arrived was the fireplace part. Not a single part of the cabinet came in. What am I supposed to do with a fake fireplace that can't even stand alone without the cabinet?!?!?
