The adapter/C type charger I received was even better then the one shown. Longer and more practical, but with no USB ports (which I don’t mind). My shipping came in under a week, which was faster then the estimated delivery and I used standard shipping, very pleased with that. Upon unboxing the Steam Deck was also in the protective case which protected it while shipping which is also great. When I turned it on and went through the initial start up process of the new device everything ran smoothly and great, it takes a moment to load and install the steam software and you will be good to go. Arrived at time, was handled carefully and looked really good I would totally recommend it if you ever go out on a trip and you want to play your Xbox or PlayStation games the Steam Deck is the right choice for you.

The Steamdeck itself is great, so far it works perfectly fine and I'm quite happy with it! The controller provided in the set, however? After 20 minutes of pressing things, trying to understand terribly translated instructions, and googling frantically elsewhere for help, I cannot get it to pair to my Steam Deck at all. The extension strip seems fine, it is allowing me to charge the Steam Deck and hook up the HDMI together. But that's a bit moot when I can't get the provided controller to work with the console. ... show more

Arrived as expected and shown, the hard case is an excellent fit. The rubber sleeve is like any other, but does add some grip. Haven't used the secondary remote, and unsure of the use for the usb....
