There was a minor problem with my first console but I reached out to DKOldies and they responded immediately and even though we are in a pandemic they sent me a replacement console quickly and they were very helpful and also polite. This is an old school product so nothing is going to be perfect. I’m able to play my games. Of course I have to continue to reset it over and over and over for the price that they asked for this I would not recommend you can find it cheaper however if you are a collector, such as myself I would go for it. I am sorry the company is called retro refresh I am really disappointed I got the gaming system with the game stuck in the gaming system and it won't come out that's how it was delivered to me very upset and disappointed I have since sent it back and never did get a refund for y'all whoever's going to buy gaming systems that they no longer make anymore do not go to Retro fresh look online and see if there's some other company that sells the product you want because if you get it from retro fresh it does not work they won't work they tell you they do and they'll tell you how it work when we had it or it work when we got it back believe me that company does not sell quality products that work ... show more
