    • Real console, no joystick delay.
This works great. Since it is a real original console, there is no joystick input delay. i tried 4 clone, single and multi cartridge system and all of them had wired joystick input delay. I don't know how anybody can put up with the delay. The light gun does not work unless you hook it up to a CRT tv. I would recommend this if you want to play games the way they were intended. ... show more

    • Does not work
This item was given as a gift and was opened this week. It does not work. It turns in but the games do not show up. I tried buying new games but still does not work

    • Beautifully restored device, beyond impressed with how new it looked
Looked brand new and completely renewed, I was actually really impressed with how new the gray looked. However, it was not the console my dad had games for. Had to return and could not use because we didn't have any carts for it. Womp womp. But if this was what I intended to purchase, I'd be raving anyway. Secure packaging and all was included, av wires, power cord, and even a remote. I'd buy from them again. ... show more

    • Obvious repair work and wasn’t repaired right
Cartridge doesn’t fit in console, and vga ports are rested. I would not recommend buying from this seller. Very disappointing since I wanted to get back into my favorite classic games on the classic system

    • So cool !
Have been waiting for years to actually commit to getting an old game console. I read through many reviews and saw where people had units dead on arrival, broke immediately, became glitchy, or people even replaced internal parts. So I was wary. This unit has worked fine from the start and only glitched a few toiles. I just needed to take cartridge out and put it back in. Of course, I took pleasure in blowing in the cartridge like the old days!! This game unit has done exactly what I intended for it to do. It has allowed me to hide from the family for an hour a week and fail miserably at SMB 2 like I did decades ago. And I'm fine with that! ... show more

    • Does not include RF switch
Be advised- this does NOT come with an RF switch adapter, which you will need if you want to play without the composite color cord cables! If you want to hook up with the coax cable, you will need to buy this adapter! Despite this oversight from me, the product was delivered as advertised.

    • Not worth the money
Does not work correctly on arrival but good cosmetically. Arrived with red blinking light of death. Opened console up and found dead fly which leads me to believe it was not thoroughly cleaned if at all. All 72 pins were bent and had to be fixed. The fact that a REFURBISHED NES console didn’t even have the pins fixed is a true lack of care on the seller’s part. ... show more
