YUNPLE Valve core removal worked extremely well for: 1) pulling a deep vacuum ( 143 microns) on my new mini-split HVAC ) 2) worked for holding vacuum for 15 minutes after securing vacuum pump 3) the black YUNCLE valve used with micron meter and isolating/ protecting meter from refrigerant and 4) successfully reinstalled the Schrader valve back into the refrigerate valve. Product is well made and a good value for the money. As can be seen in my photo, I purchased 2 …the 5/16 pink tool for line to vacuum pump and replacing schrader valve and, 1/4 inch tool used for micron gauge and securing/protecting said gauge from refrigerate.If you are new to installing a mini-split as I was, do your homework and understand what it takes to have a successful install. I would purchase this product again. It is well made,durable and affordable.

I bought this because i thought it was appion, i didn’t look closely enough but i can say it works just as good because ive been using them side by side. No issues with leaks or extracting valve cores. The finish is not as high quality as appion, it’s like a rough cast aluminum if I had to guess. Unlike appion which has a smooth billet aluminum like appearance I would recommend this tool, but I’ve used it only a handful of times so far.
