  • Did not disappoint!
Style Name: BD-58 Rack
This rack is an absolute tank. No flimsy, rickety crapola here. I was torn between this one and a similar half-rack from Rogue. After putting this thing together and testing the weight against my 6'3" frame, I was instantly satisfied. You definitely get more bang for your buck, as the Rogue was pricier and you had to pay extra (hundreds of dollars) for the extra bits that came standard w/ this particular Valor Fitness package. No regrets - highly recommend! A+++ ... show more

  • Shattered my expectations.
Style Name: BD-58 Rack
After realizing I was grossly exceeding the rating of my locally purchased squat rack ( didn't even look at the rating/consider this when I bought it), I scoured the internet to find something that would meet my needs. It sat in boxes waiting to be assembled until I got materials to build a proper lifting platform. Now that I finally got around to it, I could not be happier with this purchase. I especially like the weight storage on the sides. While other racks have as many as 6 plate holders per side (2.5's, 5's, 10's, 25's, 35's and 45's), all of the one's I found were 8 feet tall or more (plus they cost twice if not three times as much). This is a problem when you plan to use the built-in pullup bar in a room that is only 8 feet tall. I've used power towers before, but haven't found one I like for home use (they tend to tip when doing dips with weight added), so this is an important feature for me. Now that I have a solid pullup bar, I purchased a set of dip bars to ditch the power tower all together. For weight storage, (if you don't want any plates lying on the floor) I bought a small, free standing plate rack. I suppose if you were inclined, you could just put the smaller plates on the same holders as the larger plates. This unit is rock solid (it should be with a 1,000 pound rating) with great adjustability (holes roughly every 3"). I do Anderson squats since I workout alone (no need for a spotter). Now that I figured out the mechanics of sliding under the bar first, I can also do "Anderson" style (start at the bottom) bench presses, too! ... show more

  • Great Quality and Customer Service
Style Name: BD-58 Rack
This is a excellent quality product for the price. Previousally, I had a similar product from Dicks Sporting goods that was $300 and it was not stable when lifing heavier weights, the stickers were pealing off after 2 weeks, and the metal coating was flaking. The steel and overall construction are far superior on this product. It provides the option to bolt the unit to the floor for additional stability, but I have not had to use that feature as it's plenty stable (with weights stored on the posts) when racking 405lbs. This is just what I was looking for and based on the high grade steel, I expect this to last a long time. Additionally, I contacted customer support a few time and they are extremely responsive. In fact, both times they responded in hours with a resolution. This is the first product I have purchased from Valor Fitness, but overall I am extremely impressed with both the product and company. ... show more

  • Best equipment and best value too!
Style Name: BD-58 Rack
We turned a small room in our basement into a gym and this fit the space. It’s super strong, super durable, and is amazing. I’d buy this over and over and over again. I can’t say enough good things about this equipment. I use it for benching, squatting, skull crushers, and pull ups. My wife connects her bands to it. My only small complaint is the knobs on the end of the weight/plate holders on the sides occasionally fall off. I super glued them and all is well. But that’s my only small complaint. I’d recommend this equipment to everyone. ... show more

Solid and superb quality. Also, customer service is excellent. Always there to fix any issues you’re having. Great job Valor Fitness team. ... show more

  • Great platform for the home gym
Style Name: BD-58BPF Rack w/ Platform
This is a great setup. Allows me to lift heavy solo with confidence. Greatly improved my strength and workout efficiency. Super sturdy. One note, the wood platform is slick so I placed rubber titan tiles over the wood surface. Greatly improved experience for $80 more. Now, The rest is up to me...

  • Absolutely solid product.
Style Name: BD-58 Rack
This product is premium. Assembly was very straightforward and the integrity of the rack is sound. Love having the rack coupled with weight storage, making things super convenient and a space saver. The aesthetics are perfect. The rack doesn't move at all when using the pullup bar. I initially had concerns about the height, but its sufficient with room to raise the pullup bar if needed. If you're looking for a solid home half rack, look no further. Looking forward to this rack supporting my regimen for years to come. ... show more

  • Everything you want in a home gym station
Style Name: BD-58 Rack
So glad I chose this rack. I researched and reviewed several home gym stations. This one offered everything I was looking for, compact and solid. My family has been using it regularly for intense full body workouts using bodyweight, barbells, dumbbells and resistance bands. I'm even able to hang a 100 pound punching bag from the pull up bar when we want to incorporate some non-traditional conditioning (burnout with punches and kicks). ... show more
