We bought 4 seats with love seat in the center, and Peter called right away to introduce himself as our POC for customer service and answer our questions about delivery. Our seats arrived in 8 days and the deliver man was super friendly and nice. Assembly was easy. Each seat comes in two pieces, the back and the base, in one big box. Each piece is nicely wrapped with soft clothes and the pieces are wrapped with films. There was no damage or scratches. The base is a little bit heavy and needs two people, but the back and the base have these guides and they clip right into each other without any problems. It took my wife and I about 30 minutes getting it set up, and most of the time was just getting the pieces out of the boxes and move into our basement. These chairs are super comfortable and the workmanship is excellent. We love the adjustable head rest and lumbar support. We love the blue lighting but wish the color was changeable, those lights were nice in a dark room. The leather feels great, supple and soft! I love the diamond stitches that make the chair really comfortable. All the buttons worked. These chairs recline great and doesn't leave a pocket between your hip and legs when they are fully reclined. The motor is super smooth and quiet! These seats are modular, which is good, but the downside is they are not connected together. With that said, we are going to buy four more of these seats.

We purchased the console couch as well as a 4-person reclining couch. These theater chairs are so comfortable; they are clearly made with more care and better products than any other theater recliners we have ever purchased! The stitching and LED lights create an incredible atmosphere for the room while the reclining features, extending headrest and lumbar support make the chairs incredibly comfortable for not only me (as an average-sized female) but also my children and my 6'7" husband. He loves these couches! Normally he feels oversized and cramped in anything we purchase or I feel like I'm drowning in furniture made for his size. These chairs allow both of us to customize the recline and support to feel like they were made just for us. Such a treat to watch a movie or sporting event in comfort now! Not only is the furniture top-of-the-line but the customer service is spectacular! We received these shipped to us way earlier than the estimate (unheard of in COVID times!). Anoosh in customer service was incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful throughout the process. She contacted me as soon as the order was placed to confirm all the details and was quick to respond when I thought the delivery was an odd number of boxes. She also went out of her way to FaceTime me to draw out the configurations and send videos for assembly although, in hindsight, when we started the assembly it was so easy to follow the instructions that I probably could've had my 8 year old do it! All in all, don't hesitate to purchase theater seating from Valencia. Their products and customer service are the best in the industry. We will be back for any future needs!

I bought these seats to replace a 5 seat Sofa Power Recliner in my Home Theater Room that I had from a big brand store that used to give me pain in my back. Delivery was earlier than what they informed me (and it was during the holidays) - and it came from Canada! The delivery company guy was very kind to move the chairs to where I needed them, even though it wasn't white glove delivery. I was sad that I had just bought the previous sofa and had to replace it but I am so grateful I made this choice, my back doesn't hurt anymore as the foam is sturdy but still very comfortable. It's very well made and they actually calculated the angle range that the head cushions are able to move. Also, when you lay down the chair, your foot doesn't angled down and it doesn't create a "hole" where your hips are as my previous sofa used to create, which helps with my blood circulation and back posture. The quality of these chairs is amazing. I can tell as before deciding for it, I had looked at the chairs in big brands and other online competitors (I was actually able to try most of them) to compare, they were better in every way. It took me a month of research to commit to such a large purchase and I have no regrets. The chairs are very comfortable (and I have people of different heights in my family), electric motors are silent, leather is very sturdy, looks are amazing, blue lights are bright but not enough to bother you, cup holders are great but most of all and as I have said before, they are VERY comfortable. So far they are great - I will come back after an year for an update.

This loveseat fits well in my living room for every day use! It is beautiful, comfortable, and has many adjustments for long term usage. it has been built with quality materials. After placing the order on Amazon. The communication was outstanding. I was informed every step of the way right down to the knock on the door. all the great things that are listed are true. The Only thing I would change is the location of the USB ports. The location is in the inside of the seating area as the recliner goes back it interferes with the connection area. this is not a dealbreaker awls I had to do was purchase a 90° angle USB connector. I bought a pair of connectors for five dollars on Amazon. All in all, I would recommend this purchase for anyone looking for a good quality built piece of furniture.

I had a time finding the right seats for my little theater - until I stumble upon the Valencia Oslo. I absolutely love everything about these Theater Seats. They were so easy to assemble, the lumbar support, head rest, the softness of the leather, the stitching, the comfort. I put these in my little theater room and I honestly can't be happier (until I can put the other two in later.) Everyone that comes over and watch movies now call every one of the seats "The Sweet Seat" and my other two just those other seats. This has made watching movies so much better because of the comfort.
